(AP) -- A black bear walked into a New Hampshire house through an open door, ate two pears and a bunch of grapes, took a drink from the family fishbowl and grabbed a stuffed bear on its way out the door. Mary Beth Parkinson said the bear apparently took advantage of the open outside door to get into her kitchen Tuesday in Laconia, about 20 miles north of Concord.

A man carrying a leopard print stuffed animal put security officials at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport on alert Tuesday night. Airport officials said the man walked into Delta Airlines' Building C at around 9:00 p.m. and was confronted by an employee who asked to see his identification badge. A Bakersfield woman says she has been hounded by county animal control officers to license her dog. Funny thing is, the pooch officials were so concerned about is a stuffed animal. Dottie Elkin lives by herself in a quaint home in south Bakersfield.
