The New Mexico Department of Health is encouraging people 65 or older to get an updated dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, after the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued a new recommendation. Immunocompromised people can already receive additional doses, per previous CDC recommendations.
