HARTFORD — Former Gov. John G. Rowland, identified Monday in federal court as a co-conspirator in an alleged campaign financing scheme, announced Thursday that he was leaving as WTIC-AM's afternoon talk-show host. Jim Vicevich will return to the air on Monday, Jan. 25 at 9 a.m. ET. He’ll be on the air for his full three hour show until noon ET.
