ORLANDO, Fla. —Attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez said they are watching Casey Anthony closely after reports indicated she is in New York with intents to sell her story. Gonzalez filed a defamation lawsuit in 2008 after Anthony claimed a woman by the same name kidnapped her daughter, Caylee.

In less than a month, Casey Anthony will be forced to answer questions that have been a mystery since her daughter went missing in 2008, attorney Matt Morgan confirmed Thursday. "Casey Anthony will not be permitted to plead the Fifth as her appeals have now been resolved," said Morgan, attorney for Zenaida Gonzalez, who has filed suit against Anthony. "We look forward to getting answers to the questions we have had for a very long time." The deposition scheduled for Oct. 9 in Tampa is related to Gonzalez's defamation lawsuit.

For unknown reasons, the judge in the civil lawsuit against Casey Anthony recused himself from the case on Friday. Judge Jose Rodriguez made the announcement shortly after the 8 a.m. hearing began, reports CBS affiliate WKMG. Zenaida Gonzalez, who shares the same name as a fictitious babysitter whom Casey Anthony claimed kidnapped her daughter Caylee in 2008, is suing Anthony for defamation. The move came after Anthony's attorney called for a sidebar, where attorneys from both sides talked with the judge for about 15 minutes. CNN is reporting that Casey Anthony was served papers in jail Tuesday night for her deposition on a defamation lawsuit filed by Zenaida Gonzalez. Attorney John Morgan from Morgan & Morgan in Orlando is representing Gonzalez in the case. According to the Morgan & Morgan website, Gonzalez was falsely named as Caylee Anthony's babysitter and that Casey Anthony said that Caylee was with the nanny when she disappeared.
