Do not confuse your ancestors with the CSA. Individuals were just that, individuals. I can see that because I am not psychologically invested in this as part of my identity.
The North didn't give them 40 acres and a mule. So what? The South kept them oppressed one way or another for another hundred years. The North did too. Wasn't the Klan over a million strong in the 1920’s? That is history too. I don't have a stake in that either.
So, while I have not conceded a single point on this thread nor had one point disputed with anything other than ad hominem attacks, I wouldn't mind moving past that to learn something about history.

So, direct your attention to the present time, look around, and see where your “Big Government” has taken this “Country!” If politicians would mind their own business, they wouldn't have sold this “Union” up the river!!!
