The paradox of warm-climate vegetation in Antarctica
--snip--
All this information on warm-climate high latitude paleofloras is supportive of the floating log-mat model during the Flood,[1517] since any landmass near the South Pole would have had a cold climate. The trees would have been rafted to Antarctica from lower latitudes...

Ping!
Hey Jim,
It appears that you have a mod who has decided to start banishing Creation and ID articles and papers to the Bloggers and Personal section.
All the best—GGG
I have sent several “report abuse” PMs to the mods asking why Creation/ID articles are being banished to Bloggers and Personal again, and as before, I am not getting any replies.
All the best—GGG
Tell you what, you want to make a major Creo point what you do is come up with the process that creates hard amber out of soft tree resin in a month or two ~ then, just keep your mouth shut and we are going into business Fur Shur.
My family was involved in the rather arcane business of making varnish when I was a child and growing up. One of the interesting phenomena (to a child back in the 1950's at least) was seeing 55 gallon drums of resin being hacked open by the workmen, and large chunks of solids being dumped into the cooking vats. Huge chunks of solid resin were available to play with, since we were the owners' kids, and they were about as hard as you could ask for. Two month old resin is solid enough to last indefinitely. Sorry about that.
I’d love to learn the truth about “mankind”, but your spamming of FR is very tiresome.
This is a political site.
But it’s not hard enough to imitate amber successfully. You really need a very long time for all the proteins to fall into place.
Please provide a link where Jim said these articles were spam.
Thanks.
In case you haven’t noticed, the Left’s unrelenting campaign to abolish our Judeo-Christian heritage in America is political. And unlike you, the majority of Americans are not cheering for the communist ACLU.
That is unfortunate.
I guess this means a link won’t be forthcoming?
Well, okay, what would you like to discuss about this particular article?
Civil debate is perfectly acceptable. (and even encouraged)
I’ve noticed the Marxists using your freedoms against you, GGG.
Where did I cheer for the ACLU?
You cheer them every time you assist them in banishing religion from the public square, as you are doing right now.
I don’t see a paradox regarding seeds germinating anywhere, including in cold climates.
Hmmm, the article doesn’t seem to address either seeds or germination.
Is your comment an example of your desire to discuss or debate something?
