Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. decided to issue a statement on the January 6 prosecutions saying "there is little evidence of a true insurrection. The protesters carried no weapons, had no plans or ability to seize the reins of government, and Trump himself urged them to protest peacefully."
"Like many reasonable Americans, I am concerned about the possibility that political objectives have motivated the vigor of the prosecution of the J6 defendants, their long sentences, and their harsh treatment. This demonstrates a disturbing pattern of the weaponization of government agencies — the DoJ, the IRS, the SEC, the FBI, etc. — against political opponents."
"If I am elected President, I will appoint a special counsel — an individual respected by all sides — to investigate whether prosecutorial discretion was abused for political ends in this case, and I will right any wrongs that we discover. Without the impartial rule of law, there is no true democracy or moral governance."
Attorney General Merrick Garland declared Kennedy "unqualified to judge the actions we have taken against the insurrectionists. Our government deserves the respect and allegiance of every American. The people that stormed the Capital on January 6 obeyed neither of these sacred obligations. By stirring up the pot like he has, Mr. Kennedy has taken side with the enemies of our democracy and must expect to pay the consequences. I have ordered FBI Direct Wray to take whatever steps he needs to inflict appropriate consequences on him."

A group of J6ers have sued the Capitol Police for the violence they initiated at the Capitol in order to start the “insurrection.”

The discovery process to that civil case will prove very interesting.It will show the bones of a false flag operation.
Kennedy is blue dog dem correct,but he will never hold anyone accountable. Kennedy did not name even one person who was accountable for this false flag operation fabricated to entrap Trump supporters, such as FBI director Wray who had FBI assets in the crowd that day . [We know the names of three of them, Epps: inciting crowd to go to the capitol,Sullivan: filmed Babbits murder), and Banueos ( firing a gun from scaffold), all of them caught on video and protected from long prison sentences.]
Kennedy knows all these facts but holds no one accounatle by name. So he will do nothing except decry the fascism, he has no fight in him.
This sounds very real. I could totally hear that prick Garland saying those things.
How long before JFK Jr is arrested for being a J6 supporter?
In this day & age, it’s believable that it could happen, esp. since RFK Jr. is probably pulling votes away from FJBrandon.
If anything, the protesters only wanted the electoral vote to be delayed. That’s not an insurrection. Which is not to say that there weren’t some bad people doing bad things, but it seems every J6 defendant is being branded the same.
