Several years ago at least ten, I bought a crapton of Gillette blades on that famous auction site. I’m not sure where the guy got them, but they are genuine and the supply is down to two boxes. I was just getting ready to buy more.
After this outrage, I’ve decided never to buy a Gillette blade again. Ever. That auction site also has some vintage straight razors. I think a leather strop and good Sheffield or Solingen steel and I’ll be good to go.
F these people. Stupid, stupid stupid. One would think a cardinal rule in business, don’t do ANYTHING to insult your customer. The shareholders are getting screwed on this kind of nonsense too.
I don’t care if they apologize, they should have known better in the first place. Inexcusable. Epic Fail.

My dad was the most masculine man I have ever known, with exception of my son named after him. They both exhibit every so called negative trait described in the article.

Gillette cannot go broke fast enough for me. No P/G products at all. You don’t go to war with you customer base by taking sides in a culture war. They can virtue signal themselves all the way to bankruptcy.

This reminds me of the Smith & Wesson fiasco under the Clinton administration when S&W agreed to a gun grabbing contract in restraint of trade that would have forced all firearm manufacturers into a giant anti-consumer and anti-Second Amendment cartel. It set off a massive boycott of S&W that bankrupted it. May the same thing happen to Gillette.
If enough government employees are laid off, brand name sales will go down.
Is it because they know whites are inherently docile, maybe even somewhat cowardly? Is that why drafts were instated and tremendous propaganda campaigns waged during the Civil war, along with both WWI & WWII, in order to coerce reluctant citizens to actually participate? Is that why whites rationalize that they have jobs to go to, when in actuality they simply actively avoid protests & conflict?
I honestly believe there is not a single case in history where a people have literally allowed their land to be invaded and their culture, language, laws, economy and systems of government to be relinquished without a fight.
For anyone with a clue, the threats facing this republic will not be corrected through passive means. Trump has the power and the historical opportunity to change the course of events. But as we are all discovering, he never intended to really change anything; rather, it was the final chapter of an attention seeking egoist.
But Gillette has chosen the wrong way to deliver it and it will turn off a whole lot of customers. If they were going to do this...they should have thought it through and had a boat load of more meetings.
Absolute idiocy. You NEVER pull this political crap that can knock out “half” your base (conserv vs lib), but this is REALLY over the top ... the demographic is MALE and these people just called them wusses. I’m not big on “protests” ... but I’ll be darned if I’ll ever buy another Gillette blade. Wow, too many great alternatives right now.
I believe this is being pushed by the GOP to lay a foundation for a Romney campaign.
Gillette needs to take their case to that group.
