Eat out less, along with eating less. Pretty obvious.

In some eateries, it’s possible to move the tables in booths back and forth, and/or to put a chair at the end of a booth table. Some people get tubby far more easily than other people do, it ain’t fair but it’s life on earth, and some consideration all around helps the world go around better.

The cherry on top was that I got to be the reason we had to stand around for 30 minutes, she said.Good use of "ice cream sundae imagery" by the fat lady to make a point.

For people who identify as large, plus-size or fat,
There’s the problem. You should be identifying
as sleek, svelte, and skinny.

Kinda makes you wonder...where do the morbidly obese go when they want to go out to eat? Probably the all you can eat smorgasbords.

Eeets only waffer theen!!

Which doesn’t look like what this is.
Some folks get tubby with great ease, and others are string beans no matter what they choose to dine on, and some have been both at different times in their lives.

Pity about the seat at the restaurant. But wait until she has an MI in her house and the EMS crew needs three times the amount of time and resources to get her out of the house and on her way to the hospital.
