Just hope they don't have global warming there.

Would the crew of the Enterprise call it a class M planet?

Twelve light-years? Thats all? Why havent we organized a weekend excursion there yet? Theyve had liquid water longer than the suns been around. If intelligent life hasnt yet evolved, its time to put evolution to rest.

YES!!! That way, they can have their very own world to screw up any whichever way they want while leaving the rest of us that are sane ta heck alone.

“...a nearby star”
Come on, man!...Even the sun is not a nearby star. It’s a long, long way from home.

Thanks for posting this chart, BenLurkin - it gives a good image of where all those UFOs have been coming from

So lets see, if we could build a Warp 5 capable vessel (Enterprise NX-01) it would take about 20 days traveling at that speed to get there.
Seems legit. Lets get rocking. Lol!
To: equaviator
AOC probably thinks we should go there at night.

“so life as we know it has had more than enough time to evolve”
Right..... Evolution is absolute nonsense. As if given enough time....anything and everything can happen.
Explain to me how the eye of a fly “evolved.

That means any planets orbiting it are presumably as ancient, so life as we know it has had more than enough time to evolve. Scientists have never been able to explain how the first living organism evolved. They skip that issue in modern evolution classes and just teach that since there is life, then life must have evolved. They cant get to first base so they start at third.

Those are dung beetles orbiting Nadler's head.
That might have actually been funny if Nads hadn't lost so much weight.

I’m getting tired of these fake news articles promoting every hunk of rock orbiting a star as a “life-friendly planet.”
The alleged “life-friendly” planets are about 1.1 times the mass of the earth. The star is an infrared-emitting ultra-cool M dwarf with about 9% of the Sun’s mass. That means the planets have to be so close to the dwarf star they are tidally locked (one side of each planet is permanently facing away from the star). The planets are as likely “life friendly” as Planned Parenthood is to unborn children.
