Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

Could be. Then there should be a huge fan (10'-12') that blows straight up in the air (cooling tower). It will be noticeable.

Half right. A cooling tower has sides. The side that circulates through the building is a closed loop (just circulates around to get and reject heat. can be used either to heat or cool an occupied space). The other side uses new water (flows in, flows out) to cool the closed loop side. Trouble is, in high humidity areas (an island?) evap systems don't work well at all.

Just a thought, but if you had an underground space on an island, would you maybe need a big sump pump to keep it dry? Could that discharge something that would feed the algae?

Further, I believe that investigation-wise the work is already done if good guys have all the NSA data. From the link in #233 under rules of evidence for military tribunals in the first chart. Actual voice/written communications would certainly have 'probative value to a reasonable person'. probative value. n. evidence which is sufficiently useful to prove something important in a trial.
Lest I be accused of not posting the second half of the definition. The second half doesn't apply in a military tribunal setting. Just that is sufficiently useful to prove something important in the trial. A defendant's actual words or written words would seem to fit. If the source is an issue, there are tons of retired with TS SCI clearances from when they were active in their billets.

Good question. I'm no spelunker, but I imagine the ground somewhere down there would be permeable. Also, there might be a possibility that it would be fresh water, wouldn't there? Or saltwater.
I can't imagine pumping ocean water through any big equipment due to the corrosive nature.
All I can surmise about the algal bloom is that something is coming out those drain pipes that probably isn't ocean water.

Well, we already know he didn't run it. And providing an ROE that would allow a direct conflict with the Sovi..Russians would seem to fit a DS agenda. Fortunately the President and Putin had some kind of arrangement and while Russkies got whacked, I recall it was Russky mercs mostly. That fits the Sov..Russian model. The fact that we had no conflict with the Russkies in that small an airspace with a lot of AC and the S-400 system means the agreement must have been pretty comprehensive.

You have added context and you may be correct on the speculation on the “meaning”, of his vaguely worded testimony, there, that you cite.
I think I read that the FISA he signed was “never published”. It was cited by Di Genova, I believe, where he referred to as the first FISA, which was a little confusing, since the actual “First FISA”, as we know, was rejected by the Court, but the context of the commentary was around RR. ( Whom is one Di Genova holds in no esteem.)
You may be on to something about what Rosenstein signed having included a redaction of some consequence. I certainly hope so.
How many did RR sign? I forget. I know he signed *continuations* of the 90 day fisa segments, for Surveillance on Trump and associates.
Ingraham brought up a good point - Comey should at least lose his law license from just THIS report.
