Environmentalists warn? These people are insufferable. The ship looks amazing.

I wouldn’t ride on it if it has 7600 people. The decks will be full.
It’s not like the Love Boat.

Passengers should pay a methane tax. Make the check out to John Kerry. Don’t like it? Impound the ship and litigate it till after the election.

Joe doesnt like LNG but the big new ships use it
Carnivals new ships Mardi Gras, Celebration and Jubilee all run on it...
A ship can go about 2 weeks before it needs refueling...
Miami, Port Canaveral and Galveston have terminals to refuel those ships ...

It looks like a ship begging to sink!

Too bad they didn’t build it with coal-fired engines.

With crew members, the total passenger count is 9,740. Then, imagine 180 of these docking in our ports to unload invaders from all over the world. That’s what Biden has done in a single year.

We took our first and only cruise in July on their “Ovation of the Seas.”
Never again. Ugh.

I need to understand the ‘methane slip’ issue. Methane is combustible so there is no reason why it can not be used for power instead of being released into the air.

Even God couldnt sink that ship,,,

The original story is 12 paragraphs and 317 words. Of that, 9 paragraphs of 217 words deal with dangers to the environment. The only quote used from the company is to defend against enviro attacks.
I have no love (nor hate) of luxury cruises and floating apartment complexes, but “Insufferable” doesn’t do justice to the journos and enviros who try to turn all things into hellscapes.
The most anti-fun people on the planet.

“”We would estimate that using LNG as a marine fuel emits over 120% more life-cycle greenhouse gas emissions than marine gas oil””
We (with a brain) would estimate that the larger the use of hydrocarbons, the more PLANT FOOD produced to further the real greening of the Earth.

Going on its maiden voyage, eh? I hope they learn something from the Titanic’s story and have enough life boats on it...
