The Canaries in America’s Coal Mine

Joe Biden vs. Donald Trump is not the race America needs, but it is the one we deserve.

A political system that has spit out a race few voters want is the perfect symbol of a nation – and a people – bent to the point of breaking.

Biden vs. Trump appears to be a welcome diversion in a country whose government seems unequipped to face its biggest challenges and whose people are increasingly unwilling to take responsibility for their own problems. Eight months arguing about two angry old men – hearing our own side praise us to the hilt while blaming every woe on the other – is time we don’t have to spend confronting our own difficulties. Historic declines in life expectancy, jaw-dropping rates of obesity, and rising truancy among students are just a few of the ways we the people are running off the rails. A few others include:

Around 20 years ago I pondered the question of what a collapsing society/civilization would look like. One conclusion I came to is "the economy will be the last pillar to collapse" as everyone tried to prop it up and keep the hedonistic party going while family, personal life and discipline, religion and communities all collapsed. I feel like I'm seeing this play out.

This:

“Biden vs. Trump appears to be a welcome diversion in a country whose government seems unequipped to face its biggest challenges and whose people are increasingly unwilling to take responsibility for their own problems.”

America is based on freedom and individual responsibility.

We need to return to personal responsibility, imo.

The article lists several "canaries" and then concludes - The government cannot fix most of these problems.

That is nonsense, perhaps a few but not "most".

The remedy is simply for local and federal officials to find the courage to enforce laws already on the books.

Or to state it differently, just do the opposite of what Soros, the Dems and Rino's are doing to our country with defunding the police and the ambitious placement and support of DA's and judges that aggressively ignore the laws.

You’re seeing it play out.

When the centralized empire collapses, whether it be Rome or Washington DC, the local community, family, religion becomes more important, as it becomes the last bastion of civilized behavior & norms.

The economy and the material abundance it provides tears apart families and makes religion seem irrelevant. This will continue until an economic reckoning happens, after enough economic pain, new family & economic relationships begin and a revival begins to occur.

“Rinse & Repeat.”

Most here don’t want to say it, but the election doesn’t really matter.
Things will just be less shitty for 4 years if Trump wins.
Demographics is destiny.
Tossing every single illegal is the only answer, and it won’t happen.
North Brazil is our future.

I suggest finding a rural, gun friendly, 95%+ white location to live.

“I suggest finding a rural, gun friendly, 95%+ white location to live.”

It’s not the color, my friend.
It’s the mindset.

I want to live with folks who revere and uphold the glorious idea of America. Who strive every day to make this place better, in so many ways, for the ones to follow. A Constitutional Republic, a symphony of individuals becoming one nation.

Not a bunch of chubby, pasty chuckleheads just because they’re white.

“You can have the colored people. I will pass.”

Colored? yaowzuh That’s a bit of a relic. May have to get out my Model T and roll around the block.

Irish, Italian, Greek, and Turks all used to be Non-White.
All Caucasians from the Caucasus aren’t all on your team either.
Who, exactly are the Whitey McWhites you gonna hang with?

Gonna be kind of lonely in your closet.

But in America, we can all choose our own paths.

Sorry, Peder...
This is EXACTLY the race that I want...
I want my country back, and the way to do that is to destroy everyone that is actively against the re-election of President Trump!!!!

I was thinking about NH, but all options are available.
I work remotely, so location isn’t an issue.

Most of us hear you and understand, but also understand what EEGator is implying.

We want back the America where people took pride in working, we could leave our doors unlocked and let the kids play down the street.

The only place this possibly exists now is in overwhelming white rural communities and even that is under assault.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out which group of people are leading that assault.
