Its time we stop being politically correct and start being biblically correct, the elder Cruz told the Associated Press in 2014..

To his way of thinking, the Bible alone offers the framework for the entirety of civil society. .

I think the Hispanic community, the values that resonate in our community, are fundamentally conservative. They are faith, family, patriotism, Ted Cruz has said, in English, to non-Hispanic Americans. .

The stupid is epic. Yes. Franco's problem was that he was Spanish! Not like those nice foreign Marxists and Anarchists who were creating the worst of the Russian and French Revolutions in one go to liberate Spain from those harsh Spaniards.

To his way of thinking, the Bible alone offers the framework for the entirety of civil society. That is not true. Cruz happens to like the workings of our Founding Fathers who built our form of government. Bible alone would indicate that he would be desirous of a theocracy, which he is not.

And what is best forgotten is simply the Hispanic political tradition of severity. Wow - so people shouldn't vote for Cruz because he's Hispanic. That author just confirmes the stereotype of conservatives as racists.
With friends like that....

I could easily imagine either Michelle Obama OR Hillary Clinton ordering the same in her household of their servants.

FU Louis, Franco was a hero who saved his country, and brought stability to Spain.

I’m trying to figure out why the Communist author has a problem with Fidel Castro. Probably one of those “He didn’t crack down hard enough” types.

Amen. A more insane collection of illogical slurs is rarely seen - even by moonbat standards.

And he kept Spain out of WW2. If the Stalinists had won the Civil War, how many more countless citizens would’ve died ?
To: fieldmarshaldj
And he saved over 200,000 Jews from the gas chambers.

I live in CA. I’ve heard that crap for 20 years now. The GOP is almost entirely dead thanks to none conservative Hispanics who now make up 50% of the state. Hispanics favor socialism much more than Anglo Saxons.

This is a wonderfully bad article.
“This twisted predisposition resonates in his declarations: I am blessed to receive a word from God every day in receiving the scriptures and reading the scriptures. And God speaks through the Bible.
Does America want a leader who claims to have a hotline to heaven?”
There are a lot of Christians who feel blessed to read the Bible every day. It is not a claim that they “have a hotline to heaven.”

Probably the same way that some conservatives use Nixon or McCarthy as examples in order to persuade people who see them in a bad light. It might also be an attempt to obscure the actual racism (not the fake kind) that pretty much says Hispanic men have no business being in charge of anything, inluding their own countries or households. It doesn't matter if it is Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, or Bill Richardson or ANY Hispanic in La Raza.
I don't know the circulation of this publication, but any lefties calling the author out?

It ain’t the Hispanics who killed the CA GOP. It’s White leftist RINOs. Wilson, Riordan, Schwollenpecker.
