A brainwashed soldier, I mean mercenary. This is a perfect example of being so zealous for a cause that one cannot critically evaluate the overall landscape. He does not seem to grasp 2014 at all, and seems perfectly OK with the US military steamrolling around everywhere to accomplish questionable policies.
They have said that we need this or that border security or health care or whatever you want to say. But, it is clear to me that this is solely about Ukraine. We didn’t have proper border security or health care in 2010 or 2000 or 1990, 1980, 1970, 1960 or 1950.

The longer this goes on with no negotiation table as a backdrop, the more Ukraine stands to lose when they ultimately throw in the towel and, just as importantly, the more treasure the US expends prosecuting this war it stands to lose

The ability of Russia to sustain the production of artillery shells was a huge surprise as was the inability of the West to sustain anything close. It's a subject of daily contemplation in professional American military journals.
