The outcome of any vote by Congress on health care is irrelevant since Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution does not specifically grant Congress the power to regulate health care! Therefore the so called legislation on its face is Unconstitutional! The people are not bound to comply with an Unconstitutional act of Congress! This is a power regulated to the states per the 10th Amendment!
It is the reason why Idaho and Virginia have passed legislation blocking federal health care from being illegally imposed on the citizens of those states by reasserting their 10th Amendment rights and 34 other states considering similar legislation! This is the point people need to hammer home with their Congress critters!
Absolutely right. There are courts and lawyers waiting to file this with the SCOTUS and condemn it, bury it. One big grandstanding act by the ‘RATS and communists led by O’Devil and Nazi Peloze. O’Devil can issue EOs till he turns bright purple—orders will not be obeyed by us “Serfs”!
This is where Members of Congress from the 36 States should be saying, Tomorrow we are going back to our respective State Legislatures and URGE THEM TO CALL A CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION for the Express Purpose of REPEALING the 16th and 17 Amendment as well as STRICTLY LIMITING the Interstate Commerce Clause to Actual Commerce across State Lines.

Tell every person you meet about this--and if it's a young one, remind them of the Gestapo and the SS in Nazi Germany, the KGB in the Soviet union, and the Stasi in E. Germany. For starters.
They can't put us all in prison, and they won't do much as long as we are still armed.

I went ahead and hung the flag upside-down, don’t know if people will really notice, although if we get a breeze, our very high flagpole (that we installed after 9/11) can be seen from quite a distance.
I admire the people with anti-BO, etc. bumper stickers in the center of Tucson (aka People’s Republic of Berkeley East). The nasty, spitting liberals flipping us off whenever we had tea parties (again, in the center of town) are quite the force to be reckoned with, their rage and hate.... all the while they cast stones at us.
Good for you! if the flag is that high, they can’t help but notice it and they will.
