DUmmie FUnnies 11-15-13 (Pitt peeved by ObamaCare fix-up!)
DUmmie FUnnies ^ | November 15, 2013 | William Rivers Pitt, DUmmies, and Charles Henrickson

Posted on 11/15/2013 3:56:42 PM PST by Charles Henrickson

Will the Shill Pitt, loyal party hack, suddenly has become Will the Shrill Pitt, and boy, is he hacked off! What has got the normally mild-mannered journalist in such a state of upset? Is it a George W. Bush speaking tour? No. Is it finding out the news that Karl Rove was NOT indicted after all? No. Besides, the 24 business hours are not up yet. No, what has got Pitt's panties in a bunch is . . . how badly Team Obama has screwed up this whole health care thing. Pitt is peeved! Witness this THREAD, "God damn it. How the hell do you get blindsided by your own f%$#@*g legislation???"

BTW, the most amazing thing about this thread--besides the idea of Will the Shill throwing a Democrat under the bus--the amazing thing is that the perpetually profane Pitt self-asterisked "f%$#@*g" instead of spelling it out.

So let us now travel to the woods of New Hampshire--yes, New Hampshire, for Hypocrite Pitt has fled Taxachusetts--and check in with the Peeved and Portly Pied Piper as he throws Team Obama under the bus, in Bolshevik Red, while the commentary of your humble guest correspondent, Charles Henrickson, wondering how Bukowski's will stay in business now that Pitt has hightailed it out Boston, is in the [brackets]:

God damn it. How the hell do you get blindsided by your own f%$#@*g legislation???

[u mad bro?]

They wrote it. They knew what was in it.

[You assume too much, William. NOBODY knew what actually was in it.]

They knew some policies were going to get cancelled because they did not meet the ACA standards, but are acting like this is all coming as a big shock. Blindsided by their own legislation? For real? Unreal.

[Real. Deal. With it.]

Don't mind the noise. I'm just breaking things.

[Pitt CASTS an empty beer bottle or three into the fireplace!]

[DUmmies reply . . .]

Seems like somebody had their head in the wrong place.

[Call a cranial proctologist. Or is that covered under this plan?]

It's their bill, fa chrissakes.

[And you're our Will, Will!]

Their bill? I thought it was the Heritage Foundation's bill.

[Uh, DUmmie, not one Republican voted for this bill. Look elsewhere.]

The Heritage Foundation did not bring it to Congress. The Heritage Foundation did not campaign on it. Stop being deliberately obtuse. Joe Sh*t the Rag Man could have drafted it originally, but when the president made it the hood ornament for his whole administration, he owned it top to bottom.

[Mr. Pitt has it right. This is BARRY Sh*t the Rag Man's bill!]

the legislation was twisted into this by Republican obstructionists.

[See above: Not one Republican voted for this piece of crap. Back to William . . .]

They HAD to have seen this coming. They knew it was part of the law. THEY WROTE IT. Botch.

[The botch is back. Again.]

it IS the law...How can he just summarily change it by decree? . . . This is a ginormous mess.

[Don't you know, DUmmie, that this is OUR PRESIDENT of whom you speak? He can do ANYTHING! He will fix EVERYTHING! It's not his fault, you know. NOTHING is his fault. He's just an innocent victim here.]

You hate the Aca, fine. You wanted single payer, I did too. But considering how much fighting there was over ACA, the lite, milktaost, keep insurance remedy, do you think America could have even pondered supporting single player on the first try? It would have been killed by the soctus, in which case we would be right back at square one.

[The goal of a Taost is to become one with the Lite. That way, even if a single player is killed by the soctus, it does not matter. You are at piece.]

That reaction of rabid frothing is how we know this legislation' se xecution are a total cluster f***.

[It's not a cluster f***. It's a cluster FIX!]

But that frothing is by those that know this is fubar'ed and a liability to the party until it is fixed.

[It will be the frothing on the cake next November!]

I wish he would not have done this. Those junk plans need to go.

["If you like your junk plan, you can keep your junk plan." --Obamassiah, 11/14/13]

Not all of the canceled plans are *junk*. I'm growing a bit weary of this talking point. Some of the canceled plans were quite good.

[HERETIC!]

Our Monthly premium went up 42%. We were paying $ 1057.53 per month in 2013. We will now be paying $ 1503.19 per month, or an extra $ 5,347.92 per year. Our deductible has more than doubled. We had a complete deductible of $ 6000.00 last year. Our NEW DEDUCTIBLE IS $ 12,700.00 an increase of 111%. Our total out of pocket to be insured AND ACTUALLY USE the plan is now: $12, 047.92 MORE THAN LAST YEAR! for less coverage.

[NO NO NO! STOP IT!! THIS CANNOT BE!!! OBAMACARE FIX EVERYTHING!! LA LA LA!!! I CAN'T HEEEEEAR YOU!!!!!!]

MAN - I hope we do not use our insurance!

[But aren't you grateful you don't have that JUNK plan you had before? THANK you, Lord Obama!! We are not WORTHY!]

Many of the plans canceled were actually pretty good, some like my wife's were great. And most of the replacements on the exchange are more expensive, both in premiums and deductibles. . . . So don't tell me her plan is junk. Do you hear me DU, I DON"T WANT TO HEAR IT. Her plan will be canceled next year because it doesn't meet the standards set in the ACA.

[Earth to DUmmie: You voted for it, you . . . OWN IT!]

We all knew this is what would happen because it needed to happen. Healthy people will have to pay more to more equally share the burden. Single men would have to purchase pregnancy coverage to more equally share the burden. Young people would have to pay more to more equally share the burden. The ENTIRE plan was based on this logic.

[And this DUmmie says this like this is a good thing.]

Now, when a vocal minority are trying to make a political issue of it, our spineless leaders (I am looking at you, Mr. President), are backtracking and undermining the entire plan. This could be the beginning of the end of Obamacare. . . .

[From your lips to Gaia's ears!]

Even on DU, many people don't want to pay more for the good of those poorer than them. There are many DU members who think everyone who makes more than they do should pay more taxes. But if it's suggested that they pay more for the good of those who make less than they do, then it's not fair.

[INCLUDING Pied Piper Pitt, aka High Hypocrite Pitt, who hightailed it out of Taxachusetts to the lily-white, less-taxed woods of New Hampshire.]

It seems that people here on the left who bash the ACA are upset with it because it's not single payer or a public option. Or, because it came from Obama and they don't like him.

[I think those on the left who don't like the ACA, or don't like Obama--they may SAY it's because they want the public option, but I think it's REALLY because . . . they're RACIST! They can't STAND having a black man in the White House!]

Why not Medicare for Everyone. The system is already in place and who doesn't like Medicare?

[Yes! Universal free health care for all!! WHEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!]

question is how to pay for it.... Money doesn't grow on trees....

[Oh. That. Hmmm. . . .]

our weak ass president is PISSING ME OFF!

[RACIST!]

I'd rather people with sh*t plans pay 10x more for new policies...than give the Republicans a win.

[The people who will now be paying 10x more for their policies--come next November, THEY are the ones who will be giving the Republicans a win. Bank it. And THAT is the realization that is giving Mr. Pitt the angst. He knows that this ObamaCare "fix-up" will NOT redound to the glory of the Democrat Partyin 2014. Will the Shill is, and always will be, a loyal party hack, and if that means having to throw Team Obama under the bus, he will do it.]

My insurance is a disaster now.

[This is what you voted for. OWN IT!]

The combination of incompetence and arrogance is really what has turned this into a mess that could have been avoided.

[This is what you voted for. OWN IT!]

"We've got to pass it to see what's in it." Nancy Pelosi

[You passed it. OWN IT!]

There are a lot of people like me whose insurance went from good to bad. That seems to be ignored.

[Not here at DUmmie FUnnies. OWN IT!]

Last week on PBS, a 2x Obama-voting, self-employed woman...was interviewed about how she was getting the shaft. She did NOT have a sh*tty plan.

[But she voted for a sh*tty president. OWN IT!]

The Republicans smell blood in the water now and are circling.

[It's a Sharknado!]

ACA - a bad idea poorly executed.

[You're being generous.]

chill, will.
will will chill?
where is will?
will went

[Will the Shill went to New Hampshire, where he can sit in his rocking chair in the lily-white woods and pay less taxes.]

Thanks for this post. It’s fun to listen to the greedy and stupid complain about the mess they helped bring on themselves. NICE!

I hate to say this, but Will is looking better these days. The facial hair hides the ugly sneer he carries.

I beg to differ. "These days"? Even that photo of him sitting on the porch is over a year old. Since then, the missus had a baby, and Mr. Pitt must have gone through a sympathy pregnancy, and he hasn't lost the excess avoirDUpois. William has really been packing on the pork over the last year. (Quitting chain-smoking may have also contributed to the weight gain.) And Wee Willie, the erstwhile Wunderkind of the DUmp, just turned 42 a week ago. All in all, Wee Willie has become Wide Willie.

Sort of a sub-thread PING! on Wee Willie's Big Move:

Temporarily or permanently?

PERMANENTLY! High Hypocrite Pitt has abandoned his prog obligation to pay higher taxes in order to help the less fortunate. White Willie cares not one whit for those living in urban squalor and for those children's education. Pitt did the "white flight" thing out of town. He left Boston and Taxachusetts behind, and he fled to the homogenous safety and lower taxes of the lily-white woods of New Hampshire. Also, now he is closer to Mumsy, Mother Pitt, aka DUmmie Raven.

So he loaded up the truck and moved to . . . New Hampshire . . . back in August. Pitt commented recently on his escape to New Hampshire from higher taxes-and-costs Boston:

I spent the better part of forty years living in various parts of Boston, hemorrhaging money out of every pocket and every pore because living in Boston is like losing the lottery, every day, a little at a time. It costs fifty bucks just to walk out the front door in that town. It's my favorite place in the world, don't misunderstand me - if, in the fullness of time, I find myself living on Neptune, I will reply, when asked where I'm from, "Go Red Sox" - but gadzooks, is it pricey.

So I got married, and then my daughter came along, and all of a sudden, spending a massive pile each month between rent, utilities, food, gas and the occasional new shirt seemed excessive after baby expenses were added to the mix. Long story short: it was time to go. After a flurry of packing and a caravan of friends with large trucks, we found ourselves in a wonderful house at the far end of five miles of dirt road, embraced by New Hampshire forest that seems to have no end.

Coward! Hypocrite! Racist! Have you no compassion for the poor? You have abandoned the city!

Hard to believe he would give up his Bukowski's digs.

Bukowski's had a big farewell shindig for William Liver Spot back in August. Since his departure, amazingly, they have not declared bankruptcy.

No, the ping in post 67 was for all the new stuff since the original post, especially about Pitt's move to New Hampshire.

So Boxcar Willie didn’t take the A-train out of Beantown, but engaged a number of “large trucks” to aid in his escape? Why do I have the feeling these vehicles weren’t the “clean” electrical kind, but typically ones described with a 3-letter acronym ...
