“I think he destroyed Clinton’s campaign personally. He just handed Donald trump all the ammunition he needs to win this fight. I think this will be the turning point.”

Either his own partial conscience or the staff lawyers who worked on the investigation insisted he let the public know that she’s really guilty as hell, and hope the public understand that some big hand or threat or issue had put a stop to proceeding with prosecution for these high crimes, giving top secret security information to America’s enemies either because of or with the help of her Muslim Brotherhood lifetime closest aide who sends and receives her emails and phone call, per the woman herself.

It seemed there for a little while that Huma might have decided to be done with Hillary, once it looked like Hillary would wind up in jail. Muslim Brotherhood worker, Huma, extracted 20 years of classified information from Hillary and her surroundings already. Huma blamed Hillary for burning her daily schedule. There is only one motivation for Hillary to have done such a thing and that is to avoid scrutiny in the present or by historians. Hillary of all people, HAVING SPENT a long time in the White House, living daily with security rules, knows the rules and regulations like the back of her hand, yet ignored them anyway. She was also briefed at the State Dept when she began there. Ignorance is never an excuse for breaking the law and in this case is a ridiculous excuse. She understands the rules perfectly and decided to thumb her nose at them and throw U.S. security under the bus.

We’re being attacked and overthrown by the MB operatives within our government.

People do things for reasons. Not always the right reasons, but generally their volition is exercised upon their thinking.

Which, leads us to consider Comey’s actions. Since it really isn’t his decision as to prosecute Hillary, why would he even make a public statement to that regard, let alone make it at a press conference.

What thinking occurred before he made his actions?

I don’t believe he took such a position nonchalantly. There are reasons why he has behaved in this fashion, and they don’t appear to be related to his governmental position, but may be intended to obstruct justice.

What got me is when he made the comment (in short) that if it were anyone else in this situation rest assured we would be prosecuting you.

Oh I certainly realize about the FBI’s ability to arrest, detain, hold and question suspects AND that the final disposition over to the DoJ for indictment or to a Grand Jury.

What makes Comey’s utterly cowardly act so, so grievous is that he could have said what he said about her acts and just moved it on up to DoJ. BUT, when he (and the whole nation) were told by Lynch “she’d follow the recommendation of the FBI” then all bets were off. That bastard was LE, prosecutor, Judge and jury all rolled into one and that son of a bitch betrayed every second, minute, hour, day, weeks and months work the underlings below him worked endlessly to get him actionable evidence - and he just effing blew it, ignored and he made a POLITICAL decision he’d never have made for you or I. That bastard! How dare he.

“saying the only think that would make him vote for Hillary is Trump”

I’d like to hear more about this from someone coherent and not a so-called SJW. On what basis could anyone sane say such a thing? On what characteristic or metric is Hillary better than Trump - on anything ? for any point of view?

There are apparently several classified information mishandling cases pending. I’ve read the lawyers are planning on using the Clinton case in their defense. What happens if the judges declare that since the Clinton case there are no prosecutable statues covering the misuse of classified information? Suppose they dismiss these cases. What happens then?

Wouldn’t it be nice if they made HER pay the costs in lieu of indictment and prosecution???

The Clinton Foundation has laundered over a billion dollars. I think that paying for the FBI investigation would be small change for her.

She should go to prison.

It is a shame that Comey is such a suicide risk that recommending prosecution would have sent him right over the suicidal edge. I'm sure the meeting between Bill Clinton and Lynch was to discuss the problem of major suicidal depression that often afflicts those who do not support the Clintons' interests.

I’m sorry, but the Liberals couldn’t do any of this on their own. The blind and equally corrupt Republicans have been indispensable to her exoneration. Comey KNEW they’d roll over and play dead… otherwise he’d have to enforce the law!!!

Comey’s FBI is the same incompetent organization that managed to allow Mateen’s wife to vanish before they could question her on her knowledge of the Orlando shooting. The same incompetent organization that allowed the San Bernardino shooter’s crime-scene apartment to be contaminated by not bothering to secure it from the press. I’m seeing a pattern here. A pattern of protecting the rotting corpse of the Federal government above protecting the people.

I think Mr Trump had better watch his backside. The Hilterbeast will not let no one or nothing get in her way of becoming queen. she has planned and connived for 30 plus years for the title.

I hope that is the case.I know it would be if this was a sane country but I have serious doubts.Out of all the candidates in the repub primary,Trump is the only one that would take it to the beast. We’ll see how this plays out.

A free phone, EBT card, section 8 digs, and some free health-care, and 75% of the electorate couldn’t care less who’s hands we’re in.

If 75% are ready to overlook any crime or tyranny, for the sake of their free stuff, that leaves 25%, virtually all of whom will do exactly the same for the sake of their earned stuff.

It's even easier to find excuses and justifications, when you've earned your stuff.

I agree 100% Gaffer.

You would use the law to oppose socialism? But it is upon the law that socialism itself relies. Socialists desire to practice legal plunder, not illegal plunder. Socialists, like all other monopolists, desire to make the law their own weapon. And when once the law is on the side of socialism, how can it be used against socialism? For when plunder is abetted by the law, it does not fear your courts, your gendarmes, and your prisons. Rather, it may call upon them for help. “The Law” - Bastiat

“Hitlery made a big deal out of the $7 million cost of the Benghazi investigation but I wonder how much this FBI investigation has run up due to her careless and reckless actions as well as her blatantly false testimony?”

Not just the direct costs - but the vast amount of resources taken from investigating potential terrorism and other crimes. If resources used to investigate Clinton crimes were available and directed to Islamic extremists - could Orlando have been avoided?
