Not a mad man, but a very angry and frustrated man. I took a peek at his blog. It seems his brother was struck by a hit-and-run driver. The driver was an off-duty cop. The only folks who would listen, and try to help his brother get justice, were the local “liberals”.

In California, if a resident receives money from Medical then when they die if they owned a home, then the state tries to get some of its money back from the sale of the house. The heirs might not be that happy about that, but California taxpayers certainly are.
