525 pounds is merely “overweight”? Let’s see what the CDC “Adult BMI Calculator” says:
Height: 5 feet, 11 inches
Weight: 525 pounds
Your BMI is 73.2, indicating your weight is in the Obese category for adults of your height.
For your height, a normal weight range would be from 133 to 179 pounds.

You cannot make this stuff up...the day care center HR obviously looked at this person and figured out the liability of having her roll over one of the tots.
Also at lunch break, I can hear a monitor asking: where did all the food go??
Even at 5’11 525 lbs is a Major health issue....so of course an employer is going to consider that......she knows what she has to do to change her situation....admittedly so.

It also is a good demonstration at someones personal pride and self respect. If some one putts no effort into their personal appearance its a good bet they will bring the same effort to the job.
I’m nearly 5’9, weigh 107-never have been heavier than 112 except when pregnant-I don’t like most women-most of my friends are guys and I absolutely will not work for/with women-I never had a complaint from a guy when I was case management supervisor-nor when I managed construction projects-I’m an independent contractor now-and almost all the guys on jobsites like working with/for me. The only ones who don’t are the ones who think I’m a lesbian, ignoring the fact that I’m not shy about how I like my guys to be macho, and have a macho man of my very own.
I’ve always found fat women to be the worst bitches at work-they are especially obnoxious to slender women because they are jealous of us-they lack self discipline and are too lazy and self-indulgent to eat some meat and veggies instead of stuffing themselves with processed and sugary crap. As a workers comp case manager, I can tell you they are notorious for for falling on their fat asses and trying to fake a major disability claim. They were always to be avoided, if possible...

You can spread and average out your payroll costs per pound. Makes them a cheaper employee.
Then all of these obese women that work here must have gotten that way after they were hired.

That's not "overweight", that's medically dangerous and likely to wreck the health budget of a small business. I have hired plump men and women - if they could do the math and had the work ethic. The people I was looking for were not necessarily athletes or social butterflies. However, I would have been hesitant to hire if my first thought was that they might not live very long or remain healthy enough to work when needed.
Well, she could be an astronaut, after all they’ll weigh less on the Moon.
I was compelled to respond to that as well...
Heck, we don’t even need to come up with scenarios like that, because she couldn’t even do everyday functions of the job.
Can she get down on one knee to tie a child’s shoe? Nope. Can she stoop down and pick up toys scattered on the floor so kids don’t trip on them? Nope. Can she take the kids for a walk to the park so they get their daily exercise? Nope.
