They should of done it with the big airlines when United declared bankruptcy. Same with the big banks. Trump should go for it.

Heck, collapse their stocks by announcing that the government is going to set up the best services that replicate all those leftist socialist loving pos companies services.

Why not? Our military invented the damn internet, why can’t we replicate some stupid servers and code?

Good! As I have posted before, they have moved way beyond photos of their cats, etc.

They have become common carriers.

Good idea.

Why can they not be treated like utilities? Verizon can’t deny service because they don’t like what you say.

Clinton DOJ investigated Microsoft INCESSANTLY!!

Emails seized, fines levied, etc. All in the name of anti-trust.

What the hell is the difference NOW with Google and Twitter?

“Remember the software the feds wrote for Obamacare? How did that work out? “

That was written by a Canadian company.

Are their environments a new version of “public commons?”

Are they public companies that have formal policies that were not followed or did they disproportionately hurt people of a certain race or orientation (white and straight)?

When Soros came out and said that conservative voices would soon be eradicated from social media, the question of whether or not these companies should be targeted for anti-trust became definitively clear.

That was written by a Canadian company.

It doesn't matter whether the government hires incompetents directly or subcontracts to a whole company full of them. The IRS software associated with the premium tax credit crashed and burned. Whether this was done by their employees or a subcontractor doesn't matter. And a year or two ago when the Social Security Administration locked everyone out of their online account who didn't have a smart phone, this was the fault of an incompetent subcontractor (according to a guy I talked to who was in charge of accessibility compliance for SSA software).

With cash flows greater than most world governments they do not fit the definition of “private companies” but are more like nation-states.

and that is the reason these corporations should be destroyed, not merely broken up into pieces.
