Sure do.

I had it happen to me as well. Nothing as severe as what you went through, but still quite upsetting.

The woman was a friend. Was.

The real hell of it is that a 100 dollar DNA test that ancestry can do in just a few weeks would have proved you innocent or guilty. However, the court system is stacked against you and in most cases is designed to convict and extract money from you.

In criminal cases our court systems are normally fair unless politics is involved. In civil cases our court system is totally corrupt when it involves a “he said she said” situation. The court knows fully that that 100 dollar DNA test would put it all to rest. Our courts are corrupt.

Aside from paternity issues our courts are also totally corrupt on civil issues that involves people of power. Money buys exception to just law. Political power buys exception to just law.

Ted Kennedy is the perfect example of money and political power buying a perversion of justice. Ted Kennedy was drunk and due to this committed negligent manslaughter. Even worse he left a woman that was alive in an air pocket in the car to die. She did not drown. She breathed the air pocket until the CO2 levels became to high and then died. He fled the scene and only many hours later contacted authorities. His first contacts were to cohorts that he pleaded to take responsibility for this which they refused.

He only cared about his political career and lied and lied and lied about what happened. Power, political power and money is the only reason he did not go to jail.

It is hard to describe what Ted Kennedy was in English. The proper word is from Spanish which is gusano. Gusano means worm in English. In Spanish it means slimy, ugly, and vile and worthy of stepping on.

This last week I just sat on a jury in a “he said, she said” rape/sexual assault trial. We were given two different charges by which to charge this man. After all the evidence, it took us less than 5 minutes to find the guy innocent. I’m 67 and most of the jury members were probably 30 and under. I wondered if the #metoo movement would affect how the women looked at this (out of 12, 8 were women, two black women - the suspect was black).

Well, I was sure surpised. Of the 8 women, three were nurses and one was had a PhD in microbiology —they all felt they knew without a doubt that the defendant was lying. Together the nurses had done lots of rape kits and hospital interviews of victims. She didn’t fit the profile. She had a rape kit done and the results were inconclusive. So i was pleasantly surprised that they didn’t believe the victim “at all costs”. We made the right decision —gives me some hope for most of the young women in my town.

In my second case I was asked by the State Board to respond, which I did with all the “I spent at least three hours in consultation with her about non-medication treatments for depression before I talked about my Faith”. They never even got back to me. DISMISSED. But I empathize with Kav. Watching what they are doing to him I feel like I AM BEING RAPED ALL OVER AGAIN.

In your case the state aided and abetted fraud

That's not uncommon......;

Had an employee at my plant who was ordered to pay child support for a child that wasn't his even tho he wasn't even listed as the father on the birth cert.

The courts sided with the girl friend knowing that under our union contract, we had to add the child to his health insurance coverage thus giving the child medical insurance.........

Oh man I am sooooo sorry that happened to you

My dad was a surgeon. Women would run after him down the halls of the hospital waving their undies at him

And they wonder why we don’t believe them

If you are accused by a dirtbag welfare type, there is no point in suing; it costs too much. This crap hapens all the time and government officials and media types are only to happy to enable the victim. The government bureaucrats love it because it jeans job security.

Remember the Duke Lacrosse team. It’s amazing that they eventually got some justice, but it took a long time.

Now this Ford scumbag does have some decent money in her go fund me account. The lawyers said they are pro bono, so Kavanugh should sue her for defamation if his nomination is voted down.

Fortunately for my husband, his ex-wife was an alcoholic and got drunk and accidentally warned him that she was planning to accuse him of sexual impropriety with his young daughter.
He contacted his lawyer and was advised not to let her take the child to the doctor during one of his visitations. Sure enough, during a visitation the ex called to let my husband know that she would be picking the daughter up for a doctor’s appt. If she had not accidentally warned him, she would have been able to set him up and he would have probably gone to prison. Disgusting.

“I hope you and your wife have managed to mend the awful doubt the witch caused”

It took a solid 10 years.

Now my wife watched the Senate hearings, and was screaming at how much Dr. Ford reminded her of that “lying bitch”.

Progress.

I know of a case (not me thank God) of a fellow who was seduced by a God-fearing bible thumping woman who swore on that same bible that she was on birth control pills. 10 years of child support later she and her new husband are enjoying a very nice lifestyle at his expense.

And people cannot believe that a sex robot industry has an actual chance of succeeding. At this rate, men will buy a sex robot for their homes at the same time they are picking out a fridge, washer, and dryer.

“Let’s see, a subzero with a drawer freezer, a Neptune Washer/Drawer, and a redhead with 16.25” thigh bone to take it easy on my low back going in from the back and a solar charger port.”

I once heard a social worker tell of a common scam used by single pregnant scammers. They would scan the local paper for deaths of young employed single men and when the kid was born his name would be listed as the father-—the poor guy could have been dead and buried for several months but he was now a father. Social Security here we come. Their favorite target was shipyard workers and government employees.
