Well Im glad youve had a laugh but you entirely missed the point of what I said. Every guy Ive taught to shoot knows how to pull the trigger, rack the slide on a semi, look down the sights, etc the very basics of operating a firearm. I assume its related to consuming entertainment that shows guns. Ive taught girls who literally did not know which end is which, simply because for many women its not something they imbibe through entertainment and if they havet been taught there is no reason they would know there are of course men that fall into that same category. With that being my own experience, Im not surprised a gun-store owner might point out a few basic things about a firearm to any customer who may not know anything. Her reaction smacks of do you know who I am or just a chip on her shoulder.
I dont understand the significance of her routinely shooting a Desert Eagle that you felt it important to mention.
As for the rest...That little adage about nobody on the internent knows youre a dog...I could be 66 and 300 pounds, I could be wheelchair-bound with an oxygen tank strapped to my seat. You have no basis for believing she could probably beat me up except that youre feeling high on muh girlpower or something. The primary reason I encourage the women in my life to become proficient with firearms is BECAUSE women are at a physical disadvantage and guns are the great equalizer. Gotta know your limitations.
Look you said men just have an instinctive knowledge to pick up a gun, point and shoot which is total BS. I called you on it and you wrote an essay deflecting and trying to work your way around to insulting me because you can't defend that statement. What you should have said is more men than women are familiar with firearms and how they operate. That's a factual statement. Men tend to be more interested in firearms than women it's not an instinctive knowledge from birth. When you get a nice write in a major gun blog let me know. 😆
