Broken Bones in Epstein’s Neck? Totally normal. Nothing to See Here.
DB Daily Update ^ | David Blackmon

Today’s Campaign Update (Because The Campaign Never Ends)

The case just isn’t cooperating with the whole “suicide” narrative. – The Washington Post reported last night that the autopsy of human trafficking pedophile Jeffrey Epstein found “multiple broken bones” in his neck.

That was revealed in the story’s opening paragraph. The Post of course spends the rest of this 25-paragraph piece doing everything it can to continue to prop up the “suicide” narrative. The fake newspaper’s writers and editors do this by carefully focusing only on the broken hyoid bone, which is a part of a man’s Adam’s Apple. The piece never again even mentions the fact that “multiple” bones were broken, nor does it specify which bones those might be. It’s as if that word, “multiple”, has no meaning and is to be ignored.

The writers and editors focus on the hyoid bone because it has been found to have been broken in a small percentage of actual, real hanging cases. The problem here is that, even if the official narrative is to be believed, Epstein could not have really “hanged” himself in the traditional sense of that word. In an actual hanging, the victim would be found dangling with his feet off the ground from a rope that had been strung through a light fixture or otherwise attached to the ceiling of the cell.

Big problem: Epstein’s cell had no means of doing that. The official narrative claims he hanged himself using a sheet he strung through the rail of the top bunk, which sits barely 5 feet off the floor. The narrative contends he then got on his knees and slowly strangled himself using that sheet around his neck. Now, the Washington Post wants you to believe that he was able to kneel forward with such force that he not only strangled to death, but he also broke not only his hyoid bone, but also “multiple” bones in his neck in doing so.

How did he do all of that? How did he maintain that intense pressure on his neck – which would have required an intense physical effort – without the human “will to live” impulse kicking in? Did he somehow bind his hands to prevent that from happening? If not, how did he maintain that intense effort until he actually expired?

The most unintentionally hilarious part of the Post’s article is the claim that the autopsy report has created “deepening questions around his death.” The problem our society has is that no one at the Washington Post or 99% of our mainstream news media is asking those questions.

There is no demand emanating from the halls of the Post or the New York Times or CNN or MSNBC or any other major “news” organ in America for Attorney General William Barr or FBI Director Christopher Wray or even for whatever moron heads up the Bureau of Prisons to hold a press conference and give our intrepid public watchdogs in the press a full accounting of the progress of the case. They’re all too busy obsessing over Beto O’Rourke’s latest re-boot of his campaign and Bernie Sanders’ interview with Cardi B to be worried about any of that.

The problem, of course, is that our fake news media organs have invested the last three years covering up for the seditious actions of the Obama-era FBI and DOJ, in the process building a narrative that these federal agencies are to always be trusted and can do no wrong. They’ve spent the last three years trying to brainwash the public to take whatever the likes of James Comey and Peter Strzok and Andrew McCabe and Rod Rosenstein have to say as the gospel truth – even going so far as to hire the disgraced McCabe as a paid contributor at CNN – and as a result, it has become incredibly hard to now just turn on a dime and express some healthy skepticism about the veracity of the official narrative.

In other words, once a news agency has willingly turned itself into a government lapdog, it’s pretty hard to un-train that behavior. Maybe impossible.

And so we get reports like this one from the Washington Post.

That’s where we are in our society today.

That is all.

Make that one guard and one other prison employee stepping in to cover for guard shortages who may or may not have known the job duties. Or they’re both lazy employees like so many others these days who sleep or have their noses in their phones so they can’t get the job done.

Excusing the murder in plain sight of the world’s most suspicious suicide.

No, FR shouldn’t stoop so low.

The cellmate made bail. We don’t know anything beyond that.

Either way, he wasn’t Epstein’s babysitter. Inmates are never with their cellmates 24/7. They are constantly coming and going. If their lawyer shows up at 3 am, they are out of the cell for however long the visit is. Then they’re out during visitation. Out to go to therapy, to medical, to the library, to class. Do these guys have job duties? They have to be allowed out for recreation. There’s a million reasons for them to be called out.

“Timing is everything”, indeed. If you want to kill yourself because you know your days are numbered and you’d rather go out on your own terms or you know you won’t get a second sweetheart deal, then you’re going to suicide yourself when you have no cellmate and you know the lazy guards can’t be bothered to do their jobs.

Makes you wonder just how close an eye the guards do keep because they missed the dead body at 6 am wake up call. He wasn’t found until he failed to step out of his cell for 6:30 breakfast turn out. Even if they made their rounds at night as they were supposed to, would they have noticed him dead. How was he positioned?

Come on guy. Seriously?

If you took big money to look the other way while someone killed Epstein, would you really deposit it in your checking account?

Verified facts are scarce here, of course. But it has been said that he hung himself using the top of his bunk bed as a support, and that he kneeled into the noose. So, I would guess he wasn't in his bed, but was in some awkard and unnatural position.

For the millionth time - he did NOT have paper sheets.

Even if he did, WHICH HE DIDN’T, have you ever tried tearing a phone book? Those pages are thin but put together, they are very strong. Tear a paper sheet into strips, wind them together and you have a nice hanging rope.

Paper sheets are for pleasing the powers that be. You have to provide a safe environment but inmates and sheets don’t play well together so what are you going to do? They must have bedding so you go with paper sheets and make everyone happy. You make the prison guards happy, too by making the sheets short so the guy has to curl up and then you turn the a/c down so they’re freezing. This sends them begging to get back to general population and not pull that suicide hooey again. Remember, it was Epstein’s lawyers who requested he get off suicide watch and back to his regular cell. Not that the lawyers request made much difference since legally he could only be kept on suicide watch from 2-10 days.

The only source for the paper sheets is from a dude claiming to be an ex-inmate. Also, the “turned off” cameras was from a tweet. Yeah, sooo believable.

Epstein was in the same unit as Madoff and El Chapo. I posted pictures of their cells and the bedding was standard issue cloth. Do a search.

Epstein chummed around with very powerful, very rich, very dangerous people.

With friends like that, he should have figured he wasnt gonna go peacefully.

Yeah, because decades ago “they” knew they’d have Epstein on suicide watch and had to find some way to get him back to his cell so that’s why “they” had limit suicide watch for only 2-10 days.

Inmates post bail every day of the week.

The only source for the cameras not working was some dude on twitter. Surely, FR is better than this.

Not saying he was Arkancided or not but facts, man, facts.

If there was enough forced to break bones, then there should also be bruises that look like hand or finger prints, correct?

Some random dude posted a tweet that the cameras weren’t working and it went viral. Repeat something enough times and it becomes fact, don’cha know. FR should be better than this.

It would be revealing to identify that Forensic Files episode and that analysis. However, the media already has the talking points “According to forensic experts, suicide by hanging can cause the hypoid bone to break in older people, but the situation is more common in murder by strangulation.”

Yes, but could he have appeared to be standing if the guards had made a cursory check.

Hadn’t thought of that, although it seems like along shot, since one becomes floppy on death, and they used the word “kneeling.”

Now, if the noose was real short and tight, I suppose you could take kneeling to mean slight flexing of the legs, where he would still look like he was standing, but I think it unlikely.

If multiple CSI shows are even close ...oh yeah, discussions with EMT and other real first responder types, among others, three main neck/strangulation pictures are

hanging, no drop compressing ligature. death is by asphyxiation, ligature marks are bruising along the line toward the anchor point, and the hyoid bone may or may not be broken.

Hanging, with drop, compressing ligature or large knot (old school hangman’s noose). Death is caused by a combination of asphyxiation and dislocation/separation of the cervical spine when the drop causes violent angling against a fulcrum (the rope) of the head out of line with the spinal column. Ligatures follow the line to the focal point of the loop with fracturing taking place on a plane described by the anchor to knot through to the opposite end of the loop. Hyoid bond is usually crushed and the topmost cervical vertebrae aer dislocated/separated from the skull.

Rear manual strangulation with lateral pressure. Rear naked choke as seen in MMA fight with additional pressure from the rear and side. Cause of death is similar to hang with drop as similar forces are applied, but the breakage/separation of cervical vertebrae generally occurs lower on the spinal column.

That it is taking this long for an autopsy....sketchy. All the rest of it.....sketchy. Warren commission sketchy.

Uh-huh. Sure thing dude.

This wasn’t suicide it was way more tragic. A kid with KNOWN severe food allergies is denied his own medications and allowed to die.

I’ve said it before...many corrections officers are sociopaths and sadists and are definitely the biggest gang in any prison especially maximum security prisons.

Thanks gc.

There turns out to be quite a story behind the Turra ‘suicide’ at the MCC from 1998.

In the mid 90’s a mobster named “Skinny” Joey Merlino ran things in Philadelphia and South Jersey. He was a kingpin and a billionaire: sharp-suited and brutal.

Louis Turra and his father Tony ran a freelance gang in Philly - the 10th & Oregon.

Louis didn’t believe in paying his dues to Merlino. So Merlino sent his boys in to beat the cr*p out of Louis. Which they did.

Everybody in this story is a ruthless power-hungry gangster - there are no heroes. Louis & Tony were no exception. They planned to kill Merlino with hand-grenades.

But the feds had 10th & Oregon wired. They discovered the assassination plot and booked the whole gang - Louis and his dad included - on cocaine charges & attempted murder.

In January 1998 Louis Turra ‘hanged himself’ at the Metropolitan Correction Center. Two months later his dad was shot in both eyes (ouch) while out on bail.

The Turra ‘suicide’ was extremely suspicious. It was - of course - an execution, and a blot on the record of the (designed-to-be-suicide-proof) MCC.

Fast-forward to today, and Epstein.

Half the rich people on earth want him dead, and lo! He breaks his hyoid bone while (reportedly) leaning forward in a loop made from bedsheets.
