I doubt Collins can do a whole six year term. She shakes like crazy . She should have retired. I’d like to see us hold the senate and get new leadership . Johnson should get rewarded with senate majority leader .

Republican Senators Lisa Murkowski (R-AL) and Susan Collins (R-MN) voted with Democrats on Sunday.

Murkowski is from Alabama, and Collins is from Minnesota.

Sweet! Once she is seated, bring those voter fraud cases to the Supreme Court right away - including the one last week in which Roberts once again sided with the Leftists - and vote on it again.

John Roberts was the last for either party. 78-22.

Thanks for that answer and it says volumes. Any GOP nominee that gets more than one or two rat votes is a bad pick. Roberts is perfect example.

Yes, Murkowski playing political games again.

Alaska needs to decide what kind of politicians it wants.

A senator who is serious and thoughtful, or one that’s shallow and opportunistic.

Murk and Collins are both a couple of losers. They have been in office forever and like Biden, have accomplished nothing but further their insults to the Republican Party.

We cannot live under a system in which 3 Republicans vote against RBG while ALL Democrats vote against any Republican President’s choice.

Sooner or later, it’s coming to a fight.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg received 97 votes as I recall. At least she got nearly all of the votes including the R’s. Despite or because Of her well-known communistic/extremist politics.

If Collins still thinks she has a hope of keeping her seat (she doesn’t), she has to vote “no”.

which lessens the threat of a primary challenge

You DO realize that we already BEAT Murkowski in a Republican primary, and she beat the official Republican AND Democrat nominees with write-in votes, right?

She will be Senator from Alaska as long as she wants to be.

Collins needed to because she comes from such an obtuse electorate. No excuse for murkowski though. Just a jerk playing ‘independent.’

I hope Collins realizes that she will get more votes doing her job by voting to confirm an extremely qualified nominee than she would hope to gain by caving to leftist interests. If Maine were as left as people would have you believe a Republican would not have her seat.

I think this is great! No effect on the outcome other than to confirm what Murkowski is. It is now time for Sarah Palin to step up and to retire the RINO.
