Poll: Republican Voters Are Siding With Trump Over Mitch McConnell - Big TIME

A new poll from Axios-Ipsos shows Republicans are siding with President Trump over Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, who signaled support of a second impeachment.

The numbers are actually quite astounding.

The poll was conducted during the early part of this week – when impeachment discussions were in full swing, and Democrats and the mainstream media were assailing the President for allegedly having incited an insurrection involving white supremacists at the Capitol.

“Republicans across the U.S. are siding with President Trump over Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell — big time,” Axios writes.

The results show a vast majority of Republicans do not hold Trump responsible for the Capitol riots, believe he has a right to challenge the election, and still support him, with Trump supporters even sticking with him as their preferred nominee in 2024.

RE: Poll: Republican Voters Are Siding With Trump Over Mitch McConnell - Big TIME

Will they still be Republicans in the long run?

Wait until McConnell goes in shock when he sees the Eisenhower force takeover. McConnell may be implicated although I sense his time in the hot seat will be after the first wave or two.

Men like McConnell are the same species as the unkillable Hollywood monster. No matter what happens to them, they’re back for a sequel. Except, instead of being scary or even interesting, he’s banal. Imagine movie after movie where the monster is so boring the audience can’t stay awake. But that doesn’t make him any less dangerous. And, why are they always brought back, election after election? Dammed if I know.

They will go through the motions to impress Republicans until there is such distraction as financial crisis, or foreign conflict, hoping that Trump issue will fade away.

Mitch and the rest of the anti-Trump establishment Republicans are political zombies, wandering the Earth like everything is normal, but in total denial of the fact that their political careers are 100% dead. It’s stunning to watch them strut around, spouting their pompous lies against Trump, and against about 80 million or so of us, as if they think they can somehow get elected without us.

They’re delusional and as a result, the GOP is finished. It WILL be replaced by a true pro-American party. Anyone who is not willfully blind can see that clear as day.

Turtle and Pelosi are 100% to blame for the capitol incidents.

They are in charge of the capitol police, and ordered them not to accept any offers of help from an federal leo groups that called them the prior few weeks.

The Bush Crime Family of the GOP has to be removed like a cancer if the Republican Party is to survive. If the GOP decides to side with the NeverTrump faction led by the Bush Crime Family the election then party will implode and go the way of the Whigs.

Americans and every American organization are in the “time of choosing” and which side they choose will decide their fate.

I guess the GOPe had to stab Trump and it’s own voters in the back to cause a party revolution. Maybe nothing else would make it happen.

And to all those who say “It doesn’t matter because we’ll never have a fair election again....Dominion will make sure of that”, I call BS. The number one thing that made the steal possible was not Dominion machines. It was the complicity of the GOPe. The Democrats would have never attempted such a blatant steal if they didn’t have assurances of cooperation beforehand from the GOPe.

All summed up pretty as a peach.

How do we vote the GOPe out after the entrenchment of this entire process we have seen in 2020? As if they won’t rig primaries to keep their gravy train moving, c’mon man!

GOPe are weak. The weak link in the Globalist chain. Challenge them and they will fold. Trump kicked their asses in 2016. They are propped up by the Dems, the Deep State, and the mega donors. They can be defeated and deposed of.

Trump is 74 years old and very active. But time is not on his side. He can, and I believe will, remain an important factor in conservative politics. However, without young, strong leaders behind him he will be in the same situation he endured for the last 4 years. At this point, I don't see the GOP old guard allowing the Hawleys, Jordons etc. to achieve leadership roles.

And just as disturbing, the GOP voter base is not, IMO, sufficiently energized to clean up the mess in state legislatures, let alone the Congress. We are in for a long haul. Of course, Pelosi, Biden and friends could move things along at a faster pace with punitive taxation, general amnesty for illegals and gun grabs.

Nevertheless, it is a sad thing to be dependent upon the left for the actions necessary to bring about a conservative revival.

Faux News ran a poll too and had something like 54% think Trump should be impeached-

But then again we know for a fact that Faux news lies with their polls by oversampling liberal areas, they’ve been caught at it red-handed, and refused to correct

A third party is not the way to go. The GOP already has the infrastructure which will be gravely needed. Instead we must take control of the GOP. Start local.
