For what exactly?!?
Oregon was not a slave state and in fact didn’t even exist when slavery did in the US.
Even if you buy into the premise for reparations, this makes no sense.
My mistake. It was founded 5 years before the end of slavery. But again was a free state so what are they paying reparations for?!?
