Yes, it's the RT, but in fairness nthey've been much more truthful than anything MSM, which is about 95% propaganda. And Scott Ritter does have baggage.

But Scott is very smart, a straight shooter, and he HATES Trump and anything MAGA. So if anything, he's biased towards dems. But read for yourself, before commenting lol.

I also just wanted to see the Ukrainian Propaganda Team here explode their collective heads. You'll know them by A) not reading mthe article, and B)They will scream "Putin Stooge" without thought.

Pass the popcorn!

“The truth about what happened in Bucha is out there, waiting to be discovered. Unfortunately, that truth appears to be inconvenient for those in a position to pursue it aggressively through a forensics-based, on-site investigation. If it so happens that it eventually emerges that the Ukrainian National Police murdered Ukrainian civilians for the crime of allegedly collaborating with the Russians during their brief occupation of Bucha, and the forces of international law are brought to bear against the true perpetrators of that crime, any true pursuit of justice would have to include both the US and UK governments as witting co-conspirators in any crime charged. “

Spot. On.

Hopefully this thread will stay up. Let’s see if the Ukraine Propaganda Team can kill it. They’ll sure try.

What does Russia have to gain by killing bound civilians? If the Russians were carpet bombing cities and depopulating Ukraine…I might believe it. But they have been quite restrained in their mission.

We can’t even find out the truth about Hunters laptop so we don’t hold out much hope for Bucha either.

Well, who invaded and started a war in truth about Bucha?

Who destroyed all those buildings?

Zero points for the Russians !

… even IF (and a big if) someone is attempting to frame them.

They shouldn’t be there.

They should not have started this war !

The interesting question is why did Scott Ritter go to the effort to write an article for RT putting out all kinds of diversions and deflections? Presumably he got paid, but what motivates him to do that with his time.

There is a lot of evidence of the killing of civilians by Russian troops. That evidence includes still images, videos, satellite photos, eyewitness testimony, and much more. The Putin propaganda team here will deny all of it, claiming it must be fake, and we can't trust our own eyes and ears.

Scott Ritter took $400,000 from a pro-Saddam Iraqi businessman to fund his documentary film, money that turned out to have been funneled from the Oil-for-Food program. In addition, his crystal ball seems to be as cloudy as anyone else’s, despite his claim of superior insight.

[Scott Ritter | Published: 00:00, Jan 11,2022
First and foremost, if it comes to it, when Russia decides to move on Ukraine, it will do so with a plan of action that has been well-thought-out and to which sufficient resources have been allocated for its successful completion. Russia will not get involved in a military misadventure in Ukraine that has the potential of dragging on and on, like the US experience in Afghanistan and Iraq. Russia has studied an earlier US military campaign — ‘Operation Desert Storm’ of Gulf War I — and has taken to heart the lessons of that conflict.

One does not need to occupy the territory of a foe in order to destroy it. A strategic air campaign designed to nullify specific aspects of a nation’s capability, whether it be economic, political, military, or all the above, coupled with a focused ground campaign designed to destroy an enemy’s army as opposed to occupy its territory, is the likely course of action.

Given the overwhelming supremacy Russia has both in terms of the ability to project air power backed by precision missile attacks, a strategic air campaign against Ukraine would accomplish in days what the US took more than a month to do against Iraq in 1991.

On the ground, the destruction of Ukraine’s army is all but guaranteed. Simply put, the Ukrainian military is neither equipped nor trained to engage in large-scale ground combat. It would be destroyed piecemeal, and the Russians would more than likely spend more time processing Ukrainian prisoners of war than killing Ukrainian defenders.]

Sad how so many FReepers blindly accept what the media says as absolute truth when it comes to this. On the one hand, none of us believed the media when it came to Russia Russia Russia. But now, since Russia is the aggressor, it’s Russian man bad, and everything the media says is the truth.

“... The linkage between the dead and the Russian military was established immediately, without any fact-based data to back it up...”

Then it wasn’t “established”.

This is an article written by idiots for idiots.

Ritter is insane. Bucha is not the Donbas, it is suburban Kyiv. It is possible this could happen on the eastern front, but crazy to think Ukraine would try, could try, or get away with this around Kyiv.

1. The side winning the war must have disciplined troops.
Disciplined troops do not commit war crimes. The side winning the war has nothing to gain by committing war crimes. What side is losing the war?

2. What side was caught significant number of times using fakes and lies in hope to prop their narative?

3. There are published news about Special Police unit SAFARI doing mop up operation in Bucha. When it was, whom they killed and why?

Corpses decompose on temperatures above 7 Centigrade.
How many days passed between Satellite overpassing Bucha took imagery of corpses and video footage being made on the ground ? How come the corpses did not decompose in the meantime?
Why they were placed in a zigzag fashion on the road? Why the cloth used to tie their hands was clean, no dirt, dust or traces of dirty hands?

Last but not least, what Pentagon say about Bucha news?

(Bucha conveniently rhymes whith “butcher” and butchery)
