A police K-9 in Wayne County, Michigan, is under investigation after being accused of stealing a coworker's lunch.

This has to be a joke by some bored underworked cop, right?

“According to the Department, K-9 Ice has a history of rummaging through trash cans that are within his reach. In addition, he has been accused multiple times of taking food right from coworkers’ hands as they walk by.”
My two standard poodles could teach this boy a thing or two. They have countersurfing down to a fine art. I put two filet mignons on the counter to thaw last week. We had dinner at Long John Silvers. I’m hoping I can get one of the poodles to flip on the other but no luck so far. I did find the packaging in the backyard.

In other news, a large flock of common gray pigeons, allegedly and deliberately released a copious amount of poo on a newly trained officers squad car! The investigation continues as more evidence is gathered.
Officer was warned about parking near that grove of trees.
