You will see that Colorado State University is trying to supplant North Carolina University as the source of "gain of function" virology research .
Conducting Bio-level 4 research in a bio-level 2 facility is akin to a scientific mental disorder.
Given that CSU has been generally been identified as the source of 'wasting disease' found in deer and elk populations throughout the united States,
conducting such "gain of function" research in a level 2 facility is foolhardy and defies reason.
Such is insanity !
Apparently the lessons of the world-wide Wuhan covid pandemic have already been forgotten,
and the expense paid by the world population is muted by the Big Pharma desire into research of other potentially deadly viral research
