I read this that Newsom was ordered to make her a CA Senator.
Its probable Newsom has never even heard of her.
This feels like an order that came from Michelle Obama.
Silver Spring is one of the inner suburbs of Washington DC.
She won’t even have to find a place to live in the Washington area, as she becomes a senator from California.
Maybe the real message is there are no citizens in California qualified to go to the senate?
Literally the only requirement is that the Senator “be an inhabitant” of the state at the time of election (or appointment).
Still, it seems like there are plenty of leftist black women in California available to fulfill Gavin’s pandering promise. Why not Senator Maxine Waters?

Newsom promised to pick a black female, but there must be hundreds of thousands of black female citizens of California who meet the age requirement to be a Senator, and maybe hundreds who meet his other requirements (being lesbian and militantly pro-abortion). So why does he have to pick someone from another state?

It’s an indication of what a Newsom administration would be like, meaning a nongeriatric Biden administration.
