Such a waste.

Think of all the starving people in Beijing.

“Chained to a rooftop for over two years, they were left exposed to the harsh elements and barely resembled the lively animals they once were.”

Sounds like a fitting punishment for their owner

I was hoping the article would say what had to happen for these dogs to be made free of their Mexican owner?
Anyone keeping dogs like that would probably deny that there was any problem in the first place. Maybe they bartered the dogs for an ounce of weed. Sometimes ends justify means

YouTube has tons of these heart-breaking dog/cat, etc. rescue stories, mostly taking place in foreign countries. I was shocked to find out that sometimes these pet rescue channels abuse/neglect the animals, then “rescue” them so that they can get views/likes/raise money.

I try to stay away from those kinds of channels now.

This is the first time I’ve heard the name ‘his brother’. Guess I need to get out more often.

I can’t imagine the smell of that roof. You would think that a neighbor would wonder what was causing that smell.
