Full disclosure, we typically take bombshells like this with a grain of salt because this is the sort of story that definitely will get lots of clicks and taps and often times, if something sounds like it's too good to be true it probably is.
However, coming from Byron York? Yeah ... this is worth covering.

This case is getting reversed on appeal. The judge and the lawyers should also be disbarred

We're not holding our breath for any actual consequences for the judge or lawyers but looking at what appears to be a pretty big conflict of interest ... not sure how this can stand. It very well could (we are hardly experts) but guys, wow.

Correct, BUT, nothing will happen. Our judicial system has gone off the rails.
Won’t hold my breath. Almost all BOMBSHELLs turn out to be duds.
Lawyers and judges are all a big club. They know each other, they have lunches and dinners with each other. Its not even hidden in most cases, and the impropriety destroys faith in the system.
This has about as much chance of success as Wally Cox getting cast as Conan the Barbarian.
Depends on whether the next level of judges are as corrupt as the last level of judges.
As Ricky Ricardo would say, she ought not to burn her chickens behind her back.
The corruption is all in our faces now and they don’t even show an ounce of fear of being held responsible. There is no way to come back from where we are.
I hope she loses it all to taxes!
Anyone who thinks any of this will make any difference in the persecution of Trump isn’t paying attention.

When Kellyann Conway’s husband approached Carroll to concoct a plan to pass a Trump-specific state law to lift the New York statute of limitations on a less-than-rape-but-sexual-encounters, then make up a very flimsy story (no decade, year, time, place, eye witnesses or actual evidence), head fake that she had a Lewinsky-esque stained dress (which was fully invented with an outfit not manufactured in that decade) and destroys evidence of death threats but used those death threats to jack up the damages, why isn’t this considered a conspiracy to defraud Trump out of $83.3M?
The legal system is full of these relationships. Good attorneys often clerk for Judges the first year or so out of law school.
I am not dismissing the argument, but most appeals court will not really give this much credence without proof of collusion or anything procedural.
It’s a small club. And we ain’t in it.
Just one big inbred family.

I recall her ilk being upset if it was suggested blacks go back to Africa.
I look forward to the day she cannot show her face in public. Looks like I may not have so long to wait now.
That's all I need to know about Nikki Haley.
No wonder Haley declared that we need to trust the jury's verdict.
Haley has absolutely no credibility since the beginning of her doomed campaign.
IIRC, Carroll had a diary...but the supposed encounter wasn't mentioned...because she said she didn't put bad things that happened in it.
And a reminder....Carroll spent thousands of dollars in Bergdahl's after the supposed encounter. Wonder if she bought any lingerie.
These may only appear to be conflicts of interest and not actually considered conflicts in law. They may be one area of attention in a larger case though.
We don’t know what Trumps lawyers plan, probably its better if no one does until action is taken.
Can't stand her.
