Robert Darwin's words to his son Chuck:
"You care for nothing but shooting, dogs and rat-catching, and you will be a disgrace to yourself and all your family.
I mean, for predicting the future, that's as good as it gets. One has to wonder if there's more in the history books about Robert Darwin winning trifectas or doing other kinds of things which require precognition...
Bet he didn’t predict that his son would become so powerfull as to cause weak Christians to fear that he would murder God.
How could Charles Darwin’s father possibly critcize him for anything? Darwin’s father was not as advancely evolved on the evolution ladder as Charles. The father was more animalistic and the son more human, isn’t that always the case?
Do we know for a fact that Darwin was not a Mormon?
Hasn’t just about every kid heard that at least once from someone?
Don’t know don’t care. George Darwin, son of Charles came up with the theory of the moon spinning off the earth but later realized that it simply didn’t work out mathematically.
Funny thing is that the only reason we even know who Robert Darwin is 200 years later is because his son was a “failure”. LOL
If the Darwin family is any example, liking guns may, indeed, be a predictor of future success.
;-)
Stune yer beebers - any moment, gun grabbers will have read about this and be clamoring for rifle teams at their schools. /sarc
Spinoffs rarely succeed. :-)
Kinda kiddin’ you and more so the subjects of your post (likely Romney haters, helping to give us the failed Juan). I recently found out that John Moses Browning was a Mormon.
Not sure, but I do love to shoot rats, pigeons, squrrels, and other amusing creatures.
Pigeons are the best. Hit them square, and they clench on the wire. Hang upside down for minutes, then drop on their heads. It is pretty funny.
