Scoffing at a judge’s call for Barack Obama to appear in court Thursday, Obama attorney Michael Jablonski says that not only will the president not be on hand but neither will Jablonski.

I am not a lawyer, but I would think the judge could do one of two things, or both — issue contempt citations to Barry Soetoro and his lawyer — or rule that Barry’s name will not appear on the Georgia ballot for 2012. I think this is just what Barry has been hoping and planning for (and wondering why it took everyone so long to do).
