Failure to appear was what made me an evil bloodthirsty felon.

Somebody just might have a real ugly day tomorrow. It sounds like Obama’s Lawyer is going to get sanctioned and a Bar complaint, you just don’t say things like that to a Judge as an Officer of the Court.

This judge should hold him INDEFINITELY, without charge.

Karma ran the circle real quick like that time.

Unless your carcass is squarely in front of Judge Malihi tomorrow, just like that ‘wing-nut’ Taitz, your 2 cents will equal my 2 cents... straight from the keyboard commando center to God’s ears.

;o)

Not available - it’s an administrative hearing. But “at your peril” is exactly right: if one side chooses not to present evidence to support its case, the judge will make his ruling on the basis of the facts before him, which means that the other party will prevail.

Bad decision by the attorney.

Actually, the judge will submit a report to the GA SoS who will make the decision which based on his reply to Jablonski, isn't going to be favorable to Obama.

Not only will the plaintiffs prevail, Obama will be barred from submitting any new evidence during an appeal.

The both of you are straight forward in your opinions as to the outcome and I totally agree. Finally, a chink in the armor... to what extent will there be blowback?

I have to assume a lot of facts (haven’t read any of the pleadings), but if the people seeking to keep him off the ballot prevail in the administrative process, he may have to file a lawsuit to get on the ballot. Then, Katy bar the door. The burden’s on him to prove he’s eligible to run for President.

Thank you Your Honor... ;o)

I am hopeful Judge Malihi appreciates his position in history and will act accordingly- ascertain the facts, apply them to GA. law and act accordingly. Geez that doesn’t seem so difficult.

I would think the judge would just issue a summary judgement agains’t Obama and send his recommendation to SOS Brian Kemp. Obama is going to find himself off the GA ballot and I know Ala is watching this case as is Conn and AZ who I understand also have similar cases ongoing at this time.

The problem is that he’s not going to win Alabama or Arizona anyway. This is really tilting at windmills.

or rule that Barry’s name will not appear on the Georgia ballot for 2012. I think this is just what Barry has been hoping and planning for (and wondering why it took everyone so long to do).

Does anyone know off-hand the D vs R makeup of the GA Statehouses? Even if his name doesn't appear on a ballot, according to the US Constitution state electors will be assigned by the state legislature. So Obama could still "win" GA, even if he doesn't appear on the ballot, without a single vote.

He certainly has no chance in GA but it will look bad not to be on the ballot and maybe voters in other states will realize there is a fundamental problem with Obama’s bonafides.

Then wouldn’t the plaintiffs win by default? Doesn’t this mean that the judge will rule that 0 can’t be on the Georgia ballot?
