Another "Headline I Never Expected To See" moment here.
BTW, do you have a link to the source article?

Well, she didn’t TAKE anything, so you can’t charge her with robbery. Tresspass is about all I can come up with.

I once came home from work one day last summer and someone mowed my lawn. I found a flyer on my door.

Don't press charges. Ignore her bill. Hope she does it again. That was easy.

Kinda reminds me of the guys in NYC who come up to your car while at a red light and wash your windshield and then demand payment. She’s just taking it to a new level!

“...but police expect to charge her with felony burglary in court”.
The local JackBoots are smoking some of the ‘recreational pharmaceuticals’ they took from the street corner drug dealers.
Breaking & Entering may stick, but for a felony burgulary to occur something of substantial value had to have been taken.
Taking out the garbage doesn’t qualify as a theft, because Garbage Has NO Value.
Except in the warped world of “Da Law”.

Technically, she donated $75.00 in services, but the breaking and entering becomes a teensy problem...
