Depends on the University in Florida whether that degree means anything. I work with a guy who was on an football scholarship at a Fla University and he says he never attended a class. His full time job was football. Somebody sat in for him and did his class work.
After reading Tebow’s book, it was pretty obvious that he got his degree in football with a minor in academics.
Which is fine if you’re a true NFL prospect, but not so good if you’re going to need a job in business after you graduate.
I’d speculate even at Florida there are only a half dozen per year who make it and probably half of them last just a couple years.
