Humans will be extinct in 100 years due to overcrowding, declining resources and climate change, according to a prominent scientist.
The comments were first made by Australian microbiologist Dr Frank Fenner in 2010, but engineer and science writer David Auerbach has reiterated the doom-laden warning in his latest article.
He criticises the recent G7 summit for failing to deal with the problems facing the survival of humanity, such as global warming and exhausting Earth's resources.
Mr Auerbach goes on to say that experts have predicted that 21st century civilisation faces a similar fate to the inhabitants of Easter Island, who went extinct when they overexploited their natural habitat.

Well that should make the ecowackos happy as hell. In fact, maybe they’ll give it a jump start and remove themselves from the equation early. To give the erf a fighting chance of course. I mean if they REALLY cared..... :>}
Efforts to fight climate change will cause mass starvation and a global depression leading to WW III.....might be right about that.

Since we’ll be extinct then let’s eliminate the IRS and have a flat tax until extinction time.
We could very well become extinct in the next 100 years due ti climate change. Heck, we could become extinct in the next 5 years due to climate change, but not man made climate change... That is just ridiculous.
An asteroid could take us out at any time but we’ll just have to accept that risk...
