Covered by Freedom of Speech. He didn’t call for anyone to shoot her. He implied she should be prosecuted then shot if found guilty.
I like the idea of a good old fashioned TRIAL, at which Hillary is found guilty of treason and sentenced by the court to be SHOT by proper authorities.
He should have known better than to have said this.

Treason would mean that formal charges were made and a federal court convicted her...... If that was the case....I’d be ok with the death penalty.....
It’s when he stated she should be shot. That tends to raise eyebrows for many reasons. As he is an advisor to someone running for President and wanting his opponent shot. Right or wrong, it raises eyebrows.
Glenn Beck’s stabby comments were more of an actual threat than some guy saying the US govt should follow the law.

I don't see anything wrong with this as long as the appropriate investigation is playing the tape and saying that there is no basis for further investigation. Case closed.

I wasn’t stating an opinion, I was stating a fact. Freedom of Speech does not mean without consequences. Say what you want to whoever you want. Be prepared to face what you say though. And he is. He is at least man enough to state that he doesn’t care that he said it.
