There is much more to this than we have been told. Period.
** SAPs are rare, and highly classified. They are almost always restricted to single individual access. There classifications can be as low as Secret, but are normally TS SCI +. Most individuals with a TS SCI (with poly + special caveat identifiers) will not ever see a SAP. Additionally, no person is ever to gain access to any level of federal classified material unless they have been thoroughly investigated and vetted by an investigating agencies, and are **Trained in the handling of classified material at their respective level of clearance, *AND “READ ON,” which requires the ordered permission granted for “Need To Know.” For accountability, SAPs are also assigned to and require special national security officers (themselves also being accountable), to make sure all security protocols are rigorously kept. Additionally, SAPs cannot be legally used unless they are used in a “Safe Environment,” meaning, there cannot be any possibility of being hacked through hardwire or signal. **
As a SAP or SAPs were used in Hillary’s private residence, and it has been stated to have been “her account,” and there were 8-12 individuals who have been discovered to have gained access to “her account,” this becomes a serious legal “Breach of Security Incident.”
Each individual who used (or gained access to) “her account” without ALL of the above vetting and permissions and accountability, has committed a felony, and the “person” who allowed their account to be used or accessed *Can be punished for espionage and TREASON* even with the absence of evidence showing they were successful in delivering classified material to an illegal entity.
They do not need to prove the successful transfer of classified material to be guilty. All the investigating authority need’s to know to establish TREASON, is the cleared individual knowingly allowed or enabled classified material to be illegally transferred or obtained by an outside entity, period!
This alone is a serious violation of federal law. Each person who utilized Hillary’s classified Special Access Programs (SAPs), without being specifically assigned special access to her SAPs has broken multiple laws, and should be in prison.
As well, there is strong potential that anyone who knowingly transferred or communicated CLASSIFIED information TO and FROM Hillary’s SAPs, from any other 3 letter agency, also broke a number of related laws, as Hillary’s SAPs and accounts were knowingly used by multiple individuals, and they were compromised. Additionally, it has been discovered through investigation that Hillary’s SAPs were compromised and hacked as they were used improperly and illegally. The number of individuals who could be arrested here is high, and could be part of the reason for the Hillary’s pass.
We also know that Huma, Hillary’s top aid or advisor, whose parents were devout Muslims, also lived and worked with Hillary, (including in her house where the servers were located), and that Huma testified she was ordered to physically destroy hard copy e-mail communication DURING the ONGOING investigation! She literally testified to this.
Well over 60,000 “Soft Copy” e-mails were also destroyed! It does not matter if some or all of these are reconstructed, they were Federal Property, meaning someone from Hillary’s staff intentionally destroyed Federal Property! This is illegal by itself! And it was done because of an investigation which was seeking to obtain them! This is intentional destruction of evidence, Federal Evidence! Multiple laws are being broken here...
Also in question, who gave Hillary permission to even have a SAP(s), and in a non-vetted environment?!?!
This does not even get into the possible (and I believe) use of the SAP(s) for political and monetary gain, potentially involving many foreign entities.
So what we have here, is gross negligence, multiple national security laws being carelessly violated, TREASON defined, for-knowledge (intentional) illegal use of Hillary’s SAP account! Intentional destruction of Federal Property, and Intentional efforts to derail an official Federal Investigation! And a very Intentional Cover-up!

According to a broadcast by Rush Limbaugh, who hasn’t been attacked by anyone for it, she instructed her subordinates in how to by-pass the security system using patch and paste when shipping her documents that were sensitive and up.

The punishment for treason/espionage is death by firing squad. Also a fact. When he said ‘shot’ he meant ‘executed’ and aren’t they both the same thing?
I believe that is the classic punishment for treason.
