Trump's running mate duels with Hillary's 'gender-neutral' VP pick
Tim Kaine did his best to unnerve Mike Pence during Tuesday’s vice presidential debate by constantly interrupting and talking over the Indiana governor.
But the cool and collected Pence, a former radio host, effortlessly batted away Kaine’s attempts to hijack the debate.
The Republican National Committee and the poll-analysis website FiveThirtyEight determined that Kaine interrupted Pence over 70 times, compared to just over 40 interruptions for Pence.
During his opening statement at the debate, Kaine said his primary role will be to act as Hillary Clinton’s “right-hand person.”
Moderator Elaine Quijano of CBS News largely allowed Kaine to run roughshod over the format, allowing him to repeatedly interject while Pence attempted to speak. However, Pence often was prepared with a witty rejoinder.

I would like to see how many times Pence interrupted when it was Kaine’s turn to speak. Probably only a couple times if that. And qhen Pence interrupted it was typically only a word or too like “no” or “not true” while Kaine rambled on abd on and on.
That alone is reason enough to vote for Trump/Pence...

I stopped watching. I couldn’t stand Kaine’s constant interuptions. The moderator would have help Kaine if she told him to STFU once in a while. In the end, her liberal bias let Kaine run at the mouth, which helped Pence.
It's SOP of the left. It's what they do all the time. Usually to great effect.
Part of the script called for Kaine to claim that Pence, or anyone who is against abortion, is not showing trust in American women.
Abortion has nothing to do with trust. Bogus concept. But it plays into the supposed Republicans’ “war on women” idiocy that was started by George Stephanopoulos. Idiocy, because half of all Republicans are women.
It’s a standard leftist tactic called “jamming”.
Did not bother to watch. Instead we enjoyed “ A Few Good Men” With Cruise, Nicholson, Bacon and one of the greatest movie line in history that Jack delivers, “Truth? You can’t handle the truth!” Indeed America we are at a crossroads either we choose Trump and the truth of the Republic continues it’s death spiral.
There needs to be some clarification if Pence interrupting Kaine was to say, “Let me finish my sentence.”
I think the debate microphones should be set up sort of like a chess clock.
The moderator asks a question, then hits a button which shuts off her mic. This button also turns on the first candidate’s mic.
The candidate answers for two minutes. If they finish early, they hit a button which turns on their opponent’s mic. If they use all two minutes, their mic cuts out automatically and their opponent’s mic turns on.
No jamming should be possible, by the moderator or by your opponent.
Because the Bushes wanted to give the election to the Dims. The Bushes knew Palin had baggage which they sought to destroy her and any chance the election wouldn’t go to Zero. They had McLame pimping for the Kenyan. The fix was in and they succeeded.
