She may be baiting him to divulge something from his intel briefings.
He may know this is not the actual amount of time.
So the question is....did Hillary reveal classifed information? I think she also said that we are still after Al Bad-daddy (wasn’t he killed in a drone strike?) If Al Bad Daddy is still alive then again she released classified information because supposedly we killed. him...or did we. I can’t keep all the sheik yer booties straight anymore..
Still, if the four minute time frame is classified or not...is she trying to draw out Trump to reveal classified information. What gives here? Or is she now trying to cover up her goof with “funny” tweets about nuclear war?

That’s because she has unresolved issues that began in childhood , and is in some sense still is a 13 yr. old girl. I’m very serious about that.
You may be right about her sending a message to Putin (although I think most of her thoughts center around “I am the best and I deserve to be President.”) and I also agree that Putin likely sees her as emotionally immature and labile, and dangerous on that basis.
It is curious. Carl Jung said that every so often, 50 years give or take, the world DOES go crazy. Sort of the “Spirit of the Age” kind of thing. He called it Thanatos, or Death Wish. So, yeah, even great minds have asked, “Has the whole world gone mad?”

The real hell of it is the 4 minute response time is real.
From launch to impact is about 30 minutes. About 5 minuets from launch we or the Russians can see an attack. You are now down to 25 minutes from impact. You now have 20 minutes to decide if the attack is real and launch your missiles before you lose them. This gives you 20 minutes to decide as in 25 minutes your missiles are toast.
I do not want Hillary to make those kind of decisions. She is unhinged.
Actually we could absorb a first strike and lose every missile we have and then destroy any nation. Our boomers in the ocean are death from the deeps of the Atlantic, Pacific and even the Artic. They are the most formidable force of destruction every made by man.

What was most disturbing was what she said after that. After the order is given, they have to launch, meaning she would have the ultimate say so to launch. Somebody correct me if I am wrong but, I was thinking there was some protocol involved with others before a launch could happen.

Nope. CINC. All it takes. Personnel reliability is a big issue and one can assume not every command will be carried out and if the refusal to obey is high enough up significant portions could fail. If “the one” refuses then nothing happens. She won’t ever know the codes. Were I the officer with the football I would refuse her. Destroy the world to satisfy some psychotic delusion of a criminally corrupt politician? Sorry, don’t think so.
So “personnel reliability” has another parameter that the planners fail to attend to an, in fact, cannot address. Even an ironclad chain of the most dedicated officers may fail simply because they do not trust the commander, the weakest link in the chain. No one will ever trust Hillary. No one.
This does not make us safer. In fact it makes things much less safe.
