Hello Freepers!
I NEED MARK LEVIN'S HELP!!---IN Picking a LAWYER--TO SUE a HOSPITAL of LIBERALS!!--
--- from PHYSICALLY preventing me from going to a Poling Place, here in QUEENS, N.Y.
---As A matter of FACT!! ----I ALSO had just seen my man TRUMP!! Visiting here in Queens!! where, Thank GOD, he was Born!!....Anyhow
For those who may remember me--besides being " Lobster-Boy "- with Hannity, or with me and you; when Mark Levin was just " this guy, ya' know " with a SUNDAY MORNING TALK SHOW!!
To the FREEDOM CONCERTS in N.J., and the D.C. Rallies- Especially the " Defend the Wall ", and " Make America Great " D.C. AND N.Y.C. Rallies, HI MICHELLE MALKIN!! Darth Here!!.........anyhow.
I Can NOT; a) spend the my Limited Cell Minutes, to call MARK, WAITING ON HOLD,
b) TRIED getting RICH, the Call screener ( who probably remembers me from ALL of MARK'S, " N.Y. & Paramus BOOK SIGNINGS!
c) I am STILL In and Out of Hospitals AGAIN ( Hasn't Changed in the last 22 years!! those who May remember me, already know of my physical problems, .............I HAD to go to EMERGENCY ROOM! ....was IN for 9 days----
...they would NOT let me " LEAVE " although PROMISING ME, "...there WILL be a WAY for you to VOTE, no matter what!!
.help!!! Call Mark or me---here---let me know what to do .
D.A. here- 60 years old and still kicking!!
Paneless Catheters.
Polished EYElets.
He went to the emergency room before the election, got stuck in the hospital for 9 days, and they wouldn’t let him leave to go vote.
Seems like criminal kidnapping to me, regardless of the voting angle, because a hospital must allow a patient to discharge themselves unless they are not mentally competent, or pose an imminent danger to themselves or others.
“The hospital is under NO obligation to get you to the polls”
No, but it is illegal for them to hold someone prisoner who has expressed their desire to leave, except in a few very narrow circumstances.
They of course routinely try to make patients believe that they can do that, and don’t like to admit willingly that they cannot stop patients from leaving. I have found you have to be very assertive with hospital staff when you demand to discharge yourself. Usually simply asking “do I need to call my lawyer?” will get their butts moving on the paperwork though.
Loonies are not the greatest peril...they pale next to a killer blancmange.
I dunno. I see a lot of people giving this guy crap for CAPS, but I say, let’s give him a break. He might be horrible at presentation and have an important message.
Hubby discharged hisself last year. They told him.....insurance won’t pay if you leave on your own. He told the nurse....that’s BS and you need to quit lying to people. I’m leaving.
She scurried out and brought back a paper for him to sign stating he was leaving against a doctors advice. That was that.
With as rambling as the post was he was right where he needed to be
In order to get a hospital to release you assuming you are not a mental case you must sign an AMA form
WTF?
I didn’t take encryption in the 3rd grade...
should have said he was going out for a cigarette break and then came back
Jeez, get over yourself. The only time you cannot leave AMA is if your are under a 72 hour psyche hold. Were you under a psyche hold?
Then you have no case.

Post before this one was in January.
Hmmmm....
“With as rambling as the post was he was right where he needed to be”
Frankly, that’s for a court to decide, not you or I.
“In order to get a hospital to release you assuming you are not a mental case you must sign an AMA form”
Not really, this is a free country, you can walk right out of the hospital and there isn’t anything they can legally do to stop you. Certainly, they would like to you sign that form, in order to absolve them of liability, but the form is not any kind of legal necessity.
IF you walk out the nurseswill indeed record you as AMA. Hospitals at that point can deny you teadmission
