Bob Mueller, the appointed "Special Counsel" should immediately resign as "Special Council" and conclude there is no required reason for his inquiries, after the farce of the Comey testimony, yesterday!!! Mueller will be taken down, and be publicly disgraced, for his "cosy", friendly association with mentally unbalanced, James Comey!!! just as Comey did to himself in yesterday's Senate hearings!!!
Mueller had to be unbalanced to advise Comey to testify before the Senate Committee publicly. Fact is: there is nothing worth while to investigate. An old much admired boss of mine, once told me..."Son, if you are born dumb, and you know it, you will do just fine during the path through life, but, if you are born dumb, and think you are smart, you will soon crash & burn into failure!!! Great words to be heeded by Mueller, Comey, Warner & Burr!!!

YES, recused, fired whatever because Comey and Mueller met privately and colluded, yes colluded as to what Comeys testimony would be, including the lies. Also, Comey needs to turn over the private memo he surely wrote from their meeting since he memorializes all meetings this year.
First, this should have been done before the hearing as it was Meuller who coached Comey in the hearings.
Second, not going to happen.
Third, now there is a special prosecutor, Meuller can go looking for anything and everything about Trump. Special Prosecutors are Willly Wonka and the Chocolate Factory elevators. They are free to go wherever they want instead of being tied to a vertical shaft which has only two directions up or down.
I understand as a “Special Council” he can investigate anything he wishes. Such as the Clinton corruption and collusion with Russia. The Obama Justice Department obstruction of justice regarding Hillary etc.
Mueller is damaged goods, but the Dems want him so he will stay. IF he had integrity, he would resign......but we already know how that will go.
FIDELITY? BRAVERY? INTEGRITY? Sorely missing from the Obama FBI........and all other Government Agencies during his tenure.
Mueller was the trash that ran the FBI under Bush. He scrubbed all anti-terror training materials of any references to islam. He is a buddy of Comey.

Not anymore. The law is very different than it was in the 90s. Ken Starr pissed of the democrats and they got the law changed. Now the AG can fire him, set his budget, give him the parameters of his investigation, and he cannot file criminal charges. He can only produce a report and give THAT to the AG.
He isn’t nearly as powerful as he once was. That’s why Kamala Harris was freaking out demanding that the Special Counsel be granted “full independence”. Because legally, he does not possess it.
Another option is to nominate ANOTHER Special Counsel, like Rudy Giuliani.
What the DOJ can do at any time is redefine scope and duties.
Nominate Rudy to handle everything the good guys want and limit Mueller to a couple of items which have already been debunked and tied to people he has personal relationships with, forcing him to recuse/resign.
Done and done.
There is undoubtedly a lot of “stuff” going on behind the scenes. There is also undoubtedly some “understandings” between Moeller and the Trump admin. before Moeller wash appointed. Moeller can be fired/terminated at will by Trump at any time, so it is possible that he is operating with Trump’s blessing in advance.
Actually Mueller should perform his duties as he was sworn to do.
And immediately issues subpoenas, warrants and indictments for Comey, Lynch, Bill, Hillary, and of course Obama.
But since he is a democratic hack - in deep with the very crooks he is supposed to be prosecuting - this’ll never happen.
He needs to go. And appoint a REAL Special Prosecutor.

That’s actually very good news. Thanks for posting.
Mueller has a narrow charter, which is to take up and close out a certain set of investigations that were open in the FBI. He can open new lines of inquiry to the extent that there is obstruction of those few investigations.
The Lynch/Comey obstruction is not part of his charter, nor is the Hillary private server, and likely a hundred or more other crimes committed by the DEMs in the course of the 2016 election.
I don't have a problem if Mueller comes out of his own volition, and closes the investigation on the basis of Comey's testimony yesterday. I don;pt think that fits his pattern of being thorough.
We'll learn much about Mueller's political chops (he's not supposed to be political in this job, but maybe he is) by the content of his report.
I don't think the question of Trump obstructing justice is part of Mueller's charter. That investigation could NOT be open at the time Mueller got his assignment. If he sweeps it in, and treats it using the Dersh model (presidents, with pardon power, can't obstruct justice by closing an investigation), he's not being a political animal. If he hems and haws that the president has no authority to step on the FBI independence, he's a committed part of the swamp.
Put Giuliani on the task of rooting out the shadow govt. being run by obama appointees who still report to valerie jarrett and eric holder who then serve their true leader Obama. We are witnessing the first time in our history where we have not had a peaceful transfer of power. The dems are involved in a conspiracy to wrest control of the govt from Trump. They should be found out and then hanged on the white house lawn.
Mueller isn’t investigating Comey, he’s investigating the Russia story. There was a report last night that he thinks he’ll be done within three months; that’s good news. Leave well enough alone, and don’t start this thing all over again.
Another popular misconception. James Comey does NOT memorialize all his meetings, only those with people he does not “trust”.
And of all the people he has dealt with in the past year, there is only one, Donald J. Trump, that Comey cannot bring himself to “trust”.
I think Trump took the measure of the man on July 5, 2016. Even the actions of October 28, 2016, in no way redeemed what Comey had done earlier, even though it probably threw the election to Trump.
