I realize the origin of the statement - I was saying that the whole CIA thing in the memo is likely bogus.
No point in trying to equate today’s CIA with the CIA pre-Church of Oswald’s time - two different organizations.
Or perhaps that was used as a cover on why he left the Marines when in reality he was going into the CIA.

Agreed. There are numerous strange things RE: the assassination. Just watch the head shot in the Zapruder film and physics rules in a kill shot from the front. I think Oswald was exactly what he said he was, a patsy. I don’t think he fired a shot that day. JFK or Tippitt. It would be nice to know what he said during 2 days worth of police questioning, but no recordings. The DPD has the suspect of one of the biggest crimes in history and they don’t record their interrogations? I don’t believe it. I think there are tapes somewhere, they just don’t back up the “official” story. Also, film and photos (cameras) were also confiscated that day, never to be seen in public. What’s up with that?
I don’t have a theory of who/how/why, but LBJ would probably lead the list if I did.
Is that the FBI that says “OKAY, we have no time limit here, and if you ever want to see the light of day again, here is what you will say”?. Are you really going to invoke the word of people who would kill Randy Weavers wife, burn down a church in Waco, shoot a rancher in a snow bank, wiretap a minister trying to get Civil Rights for minorities, and frame a President for collusion and treason? THAT FBI?
Building 7 was not directly hit, but was collaterally damaged by large pieces of debris flying off the huge building that collapsed right next to it. It had a large gash in the south side which rendered it structurally unsound. It also burned for hours because the fire department knew it was in danger of collapse, and refused to put it out. This whole idea of the collapse occurring without warning pisses me off because I was listening to the radio all day on 9/11, and they specifically said that building 7 was on the verge of collapse. I’ve even been accused of being “part of the conspiracy” for saying so. That’s how crazy these “truther” are.
Also, according to the “debunking 9/11 lies” issue of Popular Mechanics which I still have, there were seismic readings taken that day which record the collapse of building 7. If a bomb had triggered the collapse as the conspiracy theorists claim, there would be a spike showing it. There is none.
Agreed. They also arrested Oswald just going about his daily business as though nothing had happened. Unusual behavior in itself for someone who had just assassinated the president of the U.S. That’s only one of many odd things that don’t add up to the official story. But that’s all anyone can say without any real evidence: it just seems odd.
I’m not going the take the time to start rattling off the “odd”. Like I said, -—I-— don’t think LHO fired a shot that day. His behavior makes a lot of sense if just realized what had been pinned on him. Just read. Shoot, read the Warren Report to get started.
