A bunch of pretty good games this year.

Two minute warning and Foles still in the game. This means one thing. Either the coach is an idiot or the Eagles have no other qb on their roster. Either way it’s not good. You go in the Super Bowl with no backup quarterback.

Pats traded Jacoby Brisset and Jimmy Garoppolo. Who do they have left behind Brady at this point? I'm guessing "just a guy". Foles was behind Wentz so the guy behind foles, the third stringer, is "just a guy" too.

They are not those Godless Eagels any more. Wentz got those guys churched real good. One of my friends who lives in Cherry Hill, attends the same church as he does and when he comes in he bring a whole bunch of them with him.

Patriots backup is Brian Hoye. He’s a good journeyman quarterback and it’s his second stint with the Patriots. He was signed when they traded
Garopolo.

So just a guy. Guys available as free agents in the middle of the season are just there for practices so someone other than the starting QB can work with the other guys, especially the backups. If they need to come into a game then all is lost.
