Boise? I thought we was going to Joisey!
I just said: “Crazy, drunk, or Muslim?”
From another article:
“Video posted online purportedly shows a passenger working to tie up the woman’s feet as another man holds her down in the aisle.
“I am God, I am God, I am God,” she was heard screaming in the video.”
Article:
Woman restrained after trying to open airplane cabin door during flight
It will be if they keep moving there.
I think I would have just let her yank on the door for a couple hours. Stupid idiot has no clue there is no way for a person to open a pressurized aircrafts’ passenger door.
“what does God need with an airplane?” /paraphrased /kirk
So I was taught to never hit women. When a lady goes nuts on a plane is it then ok to knock her out? Right punch to the left eye or just a jab to the abdomen? Double slap on both ears at the same time?
Im thinking you kinda have free reign to control a ner do well on an airplane.
I have yet to hear of anyone actually succeeding at opening a door mid-flight. They keep trying though.
Unless you can pull with 8 tons of force you won’t be opening a plug-style airliner door at 8psi differential pressure at cruising altitude. You might have a chance just after takeoff or just before landing.
See question #3:

Hold my beer...
The plane was below 10K and depressurized. Also slowed to 200 knots
The access door to the stairwell was similar to a regular cabin door, it opened inward.
I'd try to avoid the stomach since she might be pregnant. I'd go for the throat, collar bone, or kidneys. You could hurt your hand hitting in the face.
But if someone is trying to kill me and a 100 other folks, I probably wouldn't take the time to be scientific.
And you were taught wrong. It is 'Never hit a lady'. A terrorist is no lady.
This is the theology of the new age worldview. Shirley MacLaine would agree with this. If Okra is elected president this is the mentality we will have as president.
Sat next to a crying baby? :-)
Well, not so much. The engineers first used suicide doors like on the old Lincolns, but they figgered that one out real quick! :-p
Yes, I’ve been next to crying babies. Fortunately, their mothers weren’t witches.
