President Trump Build That WALL.... and here's how to do It !!
During WW II the government issued war bonds to finance military operations and other expenditures in the time of war. The government took in Billions of dollars from private citizens, so why can't the government issue "WALL BONDS" to build a wall to keep illegals and drugs out of America? This is my thought, posted for your consideration. Further, the money raised from the "WALL BONDS" must be used exclusively for building the wall. "WAR BONDS" will now be "TRUMP WALL BONDS" MAGA!!
And if we DO need more money, I'd suggest we shut down all the SS, SSI and welfare keeping illegals afloat and use THAT money to prevent them from coming in in the first place.
Time for a go fund me page. The Rino’s will be stunned when they see what happens.
No immigrant should be getting one dollar of taxpayer benefits. This is a no brainer.
I prefer a 5% fee on all funds being wired out of the country. To be exclusively used for border protection. Excess funds to be turned over to Capitol Hill for there usage.
One possible process:
Put the illegals that are going to be deported into a military barracks style camp. Call them “alien workers - AW”

Use the blocks to construct railroads and Border Guard (like coast guard) barracks, etc.
Use the blocks to construct the main wall as well. Wall should be tall enough to defeat most climb/ladder attempts. Should be wide enough for vehicle traffic at the top, with ramps for vehicles to drive on and off.
X number of blocks and you can go back to Mexico border.
X+Y number of blocks and you can go back to Home country.
X+Z number of blocks and you can go back with a clean immigration record.
Has to be done by Congress because of the ‘Origination Clause’ in the Constitution.

I support this, but I would make the fee equivalent to the income tax. Unless the wire sender can verify that he has paid income tax on the money, in which case 5%, then, he owes whatever the tax rate, including SS payments and Obamacare penalty, would have been on the money. (BTW, the penalty for not buying health insurance continues through 2018.)

why would you trust them to make good or even satisfactory blocks for building anything? They don’t care enough to come thru legally why would they care about quality of their work when being an AW as you put it?
Taking on debt through bonds would have to be authorized by the same Congress who could just appropriate funds. Bonds don’t get around the need for Congressional support.
Go Fund Me, and similar public contribution campaigns have been tried in the past. They produce insignificant amounts of money.
A lottery has been suggested. Lotteries could produce money on the scale required, but would take years, face legal challenges, and require Congress to authorize them.
Asset seizure from drug cartels has been proposed. El Chapo (Shorty) Guzman is now going to trial in the US, and there is about $13 billion in potential asset seizures in play in that case - enough to build 1,000 miles of good rural barrier. That kind of windfall will likely be rare and unpredictable, but that one might be all we need. It would still require Congress to authorize it.
The Trump Administration has proposed recisions to offest the cost of the wall - voluntarily cutting its own previously appropriated budget in places, like a little line item veto. That still requires Congress to re-program the funds, but relieves them of the burden of finding politically difficult new revenues, or having to make cuts to deals previously made in Congress.
The military could build barrier from within its budget. The President likely could unilaterally build some limited amount from within the Defense budget in any given year, but Congress would no doubt reassert budgetary control the next year, and could penalize DoD with cuts.
Whatever is built, has to be sustainably operated and maintained, which requires a budget line in perpetuity. Congress is about the only venue for that, as a practical matter - Congress is just the most elegant solution for providing the construction money precisely when it is needed, without uncontrollable variations, and really hard to get around, under our Constitution (power of the purse).
Doing well in the midterms is the single biggest factor in the fate of wall funding.

I LOVE the idea of WALL BONDS, this is also a way to show these ignorant BASTARDS & BITCHES in DC just how much the American citizens WANT THE WALL!!! There WILL BE an abundance of funds to build a wall that will keep out anything AND everything!!! These ASSHATS in DC will be SHOCKED to see the money pouring in!!!! WE NEED them to see that WE MEAN BUSINESS, BUILD THE DAMN WALL!!!!

Now to figure out a way to by pass congrss and do it by executive order that even judges can’t stop.

Great idea. But, hen wait for it, Congress will write a bill stating they will forbid the fee.
It would be a GREAT start that all public assistance be cut to anyone who is NOT a citizen.
I’m personally in favor of getting rid of ALL welfare and other public services which do nothing significant to help people, but that’s another issue.
It would be a start to not be supporting the rest of the illegals here on our dime.
