Ho-Hum....Trump already has had four major campaign rallies with massive attendees in August and, has another "Blockbuster" political rally set for August 21, 2018 in West Virginia. This does not include all the various POTUS meetings & little rallies as required of POTUS routine.
Democrat leaders, Schumer & Pelosi have heralded the coming vigorous Mid-Term, 2018 campaign activity that Obama will offer forthcoming.
Sadly...we all will be waiting a bit longer for Obama to make an open public appearance in a massive Democrat political rally. Count August out of the picture for serious campaign activity from either Obama.
The Obamas have left the campaign trail they were never on, for a month of jolly, play vacation time in Martha's Vineyard where they can absorb the adoration of all the elitist Democrat, Socialists & Communist ego manics that inhabit places like Martha's Vineyard, rather then hang out with boring American riff-raff!!

Obama really has it made. He doesn’t have to do a single solitary thing he doesn’t want to do. He’s making 65 million dollars from Netflix or whomever to produce some kind of children show, a show that will never, ever be produced. He doesn’t have to involve himself in the dirty business of politicking. Any time he shows up he’s a celebrity just by being there. Why on Earth he should tarnish his image by associating with these completely feckless dirtbags is an easily answered question. He should not.
I don’t see much campaigning by ex-presidents over the years so not much different here. I think good he is hiding in disgrace. Better anyway that he lets Pelosi, Waters, and Ocasio-Cortez be the face and voice of today’s Democrats.
You are right on target. Obama will not go out in front of many political rallies. The same goes for Clinton, Schumer, Pelosi, etc. You will witness very few Democrat Party “MEGA Rallies” during this Mid-Term campaign cycle.
